It would be an improvement to replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower, as it would enhance comfort. Additionally, the sink was cracked and should be repaired or replaced to ensure proper maintenance standards.

Great Hotel with helpful staff in an excellent location.

The room was brilliant with a little kitchen including a fulls size fridge and microwave oven. The beds were firm, which I love and spotlessly clean.

There should be a few more plug sockets also remember the sockets here are different to Europe. Also the lighting could be a bit brighter.

Great stopover in Geneva

The family room was very helpful when traveling with a family of 5. We received our Geneva travel card in advance of our arrival to use for travel from the airport to hotel, and staff were very helpful.

The staff make it !

Walking dustance to train station and transport hubs. Not the prettiest area but convenient, good value, fantastic staff - e eryone we came into contact with was friendly helpful and nice. Should our to tje breakfast staff - fantastic spread and lovely ladies. Beds were comfy and rooms were well sized.

If you are after views this is not the place for you but we wa ted convenience so worked well for us.

Close to everything

The hotel lobby was very beautiful and renovated. The room was spacious and there were plugs next to to the bed. We left our backpacks at the reception after we checked out, free of charge! The staff at the reception gave us a map of the city and gave us some tips.

The rooms need renovation and the bathtub was very tall and it was not easy for me to get out of it. For my mother, who is 75 years old and short, was impossible to get out without any help.

Comfortable and convenient stay

The hotel is close to the railway station so meant we could drop bags of before check in easily, and keep them behind on day of check out without adding too much extra time. The rooms and bed were comfortable and we all slept well. We had an interconnecting room as we stayed as a family of 4. Staff were very friendly efficient and polite.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but was adequate. The breakfast room did feel cramped when moving around for the buffet.

Ok for a short stay

Very close to the main station and within easy reach of the UN and Maison de la Paix. The beds were comfortable and the separate toilet and bathroom would have been great for a couple/more than one guest. Reception staff were lovely. The gym was great for a small hotel but the AC should be on!

The room looked right over the train tracks which went all night. They had done their best to sound proof the room but as the AC didn’t work, I had to have the window open to manage the temperature. This meant almost no sleep. There were also a lot of small flies in the room (not fruit flies).

Centrally located.

Poor value for money. It’s supposed to be a 4 star property. Except for its central location I couldn’t tell. You can hear every train going by at night and my air conditioning was extremely loud, too. I used Ohropax but it couldn’t block out all the noise.

A good base to explore the city

The hotel is very centrally located, a short walk from the train station and a pleasant walk from the city centre. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming from the front desk to housekeeping. The room was comfortable and a good size. The train tracks were behind us and the trains ran all night; the soundproofing from the windows was good but if the window was open it was extremely loud, so if this is an issue for you maybe ask for a room at the front of the building. The hotel itself was very quiet and we did not hear anything from other guests.

There was no extra locking mechanism on the inside of the door such as a latch; as two female travellers this made me feel uncomfortable and I would not like to have stayed alone. The toilet was separate from the shower room which we liked, but there was no sink in there so you still had to go to the shower room to wash your hands. The curtains did not close all the way. The shower was in the bath which was quite awkward to get into, though there was a bar on the wall to hold. I also turned off the cold water while showering as my knee bumped against the faucet and nearly scalded myself, so be careful!

A great upgrade

This is my usual habit to stay at this hotel when passing Geneva. I had an excellent upgrade with great view. The place and its services is improving The hotel is in the heart of Geneva with evolving surrounding shops and restaurants and near the lake 10 minutes by walking

Luxury, Comfort, and Kindness Combined

We had a wonderful stay at Auteuil Manotel in Geneva. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was truly luxurious and featured a beautiful terrace. Everything was spotless and comfortable, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended!

Great city stay

Good stay here for 2 nights. Good location very near the train station and tram stop. Nice furnishings and bed was comfortable. Nice to have a speaker to listen to music and tea and coffee. Breakfast had good choices.

Our bathroom door squeaked and the shower was slow draining. We did inform the staff. The room backed on to the train line which was noisy sometimes.

A gem of a hotel in a superb location

The location is excellent and the room I booked has a kitchenette. The hotel provided beyond my expectations of kitchen utensils and electrical goods. A SMEG toaster, high spec Nespresso machine, cooking knives, salt and pepper grinders, washing up liquid, tea towel not to mention the usual plates, cutlery, fridge and many more. The shower’s water pressure was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my room overlooking the Geneva station seeing the wonderful trains pull in and depart were an added bonus. The staff were amazing. A few days before my arrival I was sent the link to register for a free Geneva transport travel card. When I checked in, they asked again if I have received the free travel card information. They were so meticulous, going over and above to ensure I have a sensational time during my trip. I had a marvellous time in Geneva and my stay at this hotel further enhanced my delightful trip.
