Good value for central location

Ideal situation next to main station and tram stops. Easy walking distance to old town and lake. Had large room with separate kitchen area which was unexpected and would be great for a longer stay enabling self catering in an expensive city.

Functional stay in centre of Geneva.

Location was very convenient near the main station and not far from the shops and lake. Old town was ten minutes' or so walk away. Reasonably priced, even if a very functional hotel.

The room was perfectly fine for what I was after but not overly comfortable. On the small side if travelling as a couple (which I wasn't).

Location is great, right near a main street and not far from the lake, many restaurants and bars nearby. bed was very comfortable and staff is very helpful.

They were renovating during my stay so there was a lot of noise because of the construction work.

Pleasant stay!

Friendly hotel staff, I thought the hotel was well designed and enjoyed the vibe! Loved that it was located right next to the train station, made it easy for my one night stay. Could walk to city center too, so overall a good location! I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious my room was (for Europe). The bathroom was also incredible! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a short stay or if you plan to use the train system a lot.

Nice and modern rooms right by train station

The hotel is very small and doesn't have any amenities, but my room was really nice, bright and modern, felt like walking into a hotel room in Stockholm. You're literally opposite the train station, so it's very central. Very impressed by the smooth blackout shutters!

Great hotel if it weren't for the noisy construction next door

Hotel is in a very central location; directly across the street from the train station and convenient to walk to many of the main city sites. Friendly staff. Room was spacious with a separate kitchenette area.

Construction on the building next door was right outside our window. Started at 5:00-5:30 both mornings and woke us up to concrete/brick debris being dumped into a garbage bin. Needless to say we were unable to sleep through it and were up earlier than planned for vacation. Understand its out of the hotel's control but would have obviously preferred a different room or at least been warned and compensated (maybe free breakfast so we could have gotten coffee rather than just laying there trying to fall back asleep).

The hotel itself and stuff are good, but it is not worth the money.

The location is really good and stuff, especially the woman working there is so nice.

It happened that I needed some assistance around 10 pm, but there was no one at the reception. The only major thing that completely ruined my stay was that the hotel had construction work in a room above mine, so from the early morning through the day, I heard hammering, kicking, and sawing. One mornin, it even woke me up. It was unbearable. What a hotel could do in this situation is not offer any rooms next to the room that they are remodelling/working on, or jay it upfront and give the guests a discount for bearing with this.

Location was perfect - just a minute's walk from the train station. Staff spoke English and were helpful. Breakfast was lovely - advertised as continental but included some cooked items too.

Great central location great property

The location was perfect for us. We stayed one night. Came in on the train and left in the morning to fly home. Location is very close to the train station and a 7 min train ride to the airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a large window that opened to get fresh air. We didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. We walked around to check out the city in the little time we had. Very close to the lake and old town.

Great location for train travelers. Easy check in and check out from a friendly staff. It had a great breakfast included in the price. It was clean throughout and had interesting ship displays on each floor.

NOISE. The street noise was awful. Maybe this was a special Saturday night but honking horns, sirens, and yelling were awful well into the wee hours of the morning.

Super convenient for travel by train

Perfectly located across the main train station. No need for taxies or Ubers to get to/from hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to many key places within the city. The breakfast followed the typical Swiss style. Everything was in order and clean.

Worked perfectly for me

As close to a perfect stay as I have found on this trip. Easy check in and help from the front desk. Room was large enough and clean. But mostly it’s the details others overlook were great: full length mirror, kettle with decaf coffee, well lit with lights to read in bed, black out shades, quiet even though just across from the train station, air conditioning works well, and good breakfast.

The hotel was in a perfect location, the staff were excellent in all areas.

The hotel was in a perfect location, very close to the main train station and walking distance to shopping districts and tourist sites. The staff was excellent in all areas and the breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent selection of hot and cold foods. The cleaning staff did a great job every day with cleaning the room. All in all excellent customer service, a very relaxing stay and a very enjoyable experience.
