Everything! The staff was amazing! They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond in helping me track down my lost luggage and spoke with the airline directly to help expedite my luggage return.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned daily and beds made too. I am from the U.S. and this simply isnt done there anymore. I travel a good bit with my work at stay at top brands throughout the U.S. Hotel D puts those hotels to shame. Oh, and the continental breakfast was delicious!
The hotel is situated a few blocks from Lake Geneva...and one or two blocks from the train station. A perfect location for shopping and eateries.
Construction right outside the door...but not horrible in terms of noise. My room was on the opposite side of where the work was being done.
