The hotel is close to the train station as well as to the city centre. The employees are very kind. The room had comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Great location, comfortable beds and good sized room. Valets/porters were exceptional and attentive whilst anticipating all our needs.
Reception staff/front of house were in need of better training. 2 out of 4 were unhelpful, abrasive and rude.
We did not like how everything asked for was an additional charge even basic amenities like changing tea bags in the room to preferred ones (which were already available).
Also challenged at check out regarding discount offered at time of booking and that we were in the wrong despite showing proof and still no apology at this time.
