a wonderful stay in Berlin!

We have stayed there several times before and it was a real pleasure as always.

Breakfast could be crowded on one day and we had to eat in the bar. The staff were very nice and attentive however.

Disappointing, expensive and not worth it

We did not have a functioning toilet, after a long day travelling with young kids we had to wake them up after 9pm to move rooms as our toilet would not flush or stop running. Two staff members tried to fix it but could not and just suggested turning the water off (we would not have access to working toilet at a hotel that is $$). Upon check out , the hotel used booking.com as an excuse that they could not compensate us in any form upon check out, after raising this with booking they said the hotel would not do anything. Between you (booking.com) and the hotel you have sent a pathetic CHf32 - pathetic attempt for supposedly loyal Genius level 2 customers.

A comfortable stay, but hotel rooms are in need of a revamp

The property was ideally located, within walking distance of most major attractions. The staff were friendly.

The rooms are looking a bit tired and in need of a redecorate. The breakfast staff weren’t that friendly and the tables weren’t cleared in a timely manner.

Nice Hotel

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the room we had was lovely, bed and pillows super comfy! Great choice for breakfast

Satellite TV is awful, lots of channels with no signal! Smart TV doesn't work as no signal, really disappointing as we like to chill and watch tele at bed time! Bathroom could do with updating, shower was good as long as you can climb into the bath first! We ordered room service at dinner, not good! Fish and chips....chips were like rubber and bread rolls were rock hard! Way overpriced for food and drink, not worth what they charge! Coffee machine - only 3 sachets of coffee (one decaf) rubbish tea selection!

Very central location, tram stop right outside the hotel. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the lake and train station. Hotel staff were very friendly. Rooms were very spacious, will definitely stay here again

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room – actually the best one in the hotel! The room exceeded all my expectations – spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The sauna was also a great addition for relaxation. The location is perfect as well – close to the city center and just a short walk from the station with direct connections to the airport.

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the breakfast – while the selection was quite wide, the quality of the food wasn’t quite on the level I’ve experienced in some other hotels.

Bad customer service for a 4 star hotel

Location

Service. They checked me in on a room with no hot water. I had a business dinner and had to go without showering after a long day traveling. I asked to speak with manager and he never contacted me. I also found my pijama on top of the phone at night instead of find it folded on the bed.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location

The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The decoration and general interior are nicely styled. Our room was larger as we had an additional bed for our son. There was plenty of space particularly good wardrobes. The curtains did a great job of keeping out the sunlight. The location is fantastic, being close to the main station and there’s a tram stop right outside. It’s also close to the Bain de Paquis and the lakefront, and easy to get to the old town.

The rooms can get hot in Summer, as a result of Geneva’s environmental policy to restrict aircon use.

In my over 20 years of traveling, the worst worst worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced. Room is dirty, disgusting smell, very unstandardized and unprofessional service, most staffs have bad manner and full of pride and prejudice. Ridiculous and horrible beyond imagination!

Best location in Geneva center

Staffs at the counter and the parking are kind and lovely. Always reacted with immediate and quick response.

My room had the breakfast included but a lady staff stopped me and I had to wait for 5 minutes until she told me "you are okay" and I asked "what happened?" and she responded "you are okay" repeatedly twice without any explanation. That was quite unpleasant.

Gym is very minimal, no iron in the room and only option is to go down into the lobby, cross over to another part and then there are two irons in the corridor of the 6th floor.

Very nice but missing some of the standard "creature comforts"

It was beautiful and the food was very good at the restaurant. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. It was very quiet. They had the third bed made up for us when we arrived, which was nice.

The room, although air conditioned was still too warm. Also there was no cream or milk for the coffee in the room you have to request it. The fridge was not on when we arrived so it wasn't cold. There were no robes or slippers in the room.

Stunning Hotel with a Regal feel

This hotel is wonderful and has a Regal feel to it. Everything was perfect with the room and we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant over the road. Parking was the only problem we found there but the reception staff gave us some help with areas we could park for free during our stay.

Lack of parking but this is Geneva city centre so it wasn't a surprise.

It was enjoyable but for the amount paid for the hotel I wouldn't recommend it

On my booking I requested twin beds but when I got into our room we had a double bed and the hotel stated it was full and was unable to meet our requirements. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast even though there was plenty of choice it was not great.

Decent hotel, nothing special

Central location, some of the staff were friendly (some wouldn’t smile, especially the breakfast staff), ice machine on 3rd floor

Our room was at the front of the hotel and we could hear cars/motorcycles revving their engine all night. The windows aren’t good for stopping the sound - not ideal when you’re kept awake all night before a marathon. Breakfast for 35 CHF was extortionate, way too expensive for a poor selection.

Fabulous staff, hotel, and location

The staff, they wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They did not hesitate to upgrade my room for executive for free when I claimed about noise coming from my room with city view. Thank you for hospitality.

Avoid rooms on street, the hotel should invest in glass with good quality in blocking sound coming from the street.

Treated very poorly by this hotel

Good location.

Staff were very unhelpful. I had to call booking.com to have my room changed from 1 person to 2 as otherwise they were very eager to charge me for another breakfast voucher despite it being booked as a 2 person room. The place has mould. The door was broken. The aircon didn't work. All these things were pointed out and they still didn't change the room. They took photos of all the problems and the service man even pointed out and agreed with us that there were many faults. They advise they'd give me a refund as soon as the manager would be in but no such refund or communication has been provided by them

In the room was 30 + degrees and no air. Like sauna. No aircondtion. Thanks God i stayed only 1 night. I dont know how is possible to rent a room with that condition.never experienced in my life.
