A very enjoyable stay, I will choose to stay F6 in the future.

F6 is in a very convenient location in Geneva with easy access to the tram, restaurants and the lake. The room was modern, warm and quiet.

I I expected this hotel to be in front of the station, according to the map. In fact it is ~10min walk from the station.

Was ok

The ladies at the restaurant were so nice and very welcoming.

I was racially abused at the reception. A red haired lady with red glasses. She told me this hotel is for the people who can afford. I was trying to have a conversation with her about my booking but her reception was so cold and very dismissive . We arrived a day late because our flight was cancelled . It was scheduled for the following day. I was so tired .

Very pleased

Location, is only a few minutes from the train station in a quiet street makes the difference. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Just a few minor things, the sink plug did not work. The shower for me was a bit on the small side. But still a achieved the result.

Hotel and room very clean and tidy. Some of the staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic.

The hotel location was good. The bar and restaurant looked very nice.

The room was much smaller than the pictures made out. The ac is turned off for the winter which is understandable but the temperature control of the room was appalling. The room was uncontrollably hot even with the radiators off. Had to have both windows open to try and cool the room down. When speaking to the reception staff was dissipointed with the response. Basically suck it up.

Great location, very cozy hotel, friendly atmosphere

Very nice staff and I was so grateful for being able to go to the room earlier as I arrived from an overnight flight and was very jet lagged. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic and the A/C was really good in that heat! Good breakfast with nice touches like ginger water. A tray of water jnfused with orange or cucumber always awaited and that was awesome coming from the heat outside. The entrance stairs are really steep and it was difficult to manage my heavy luggage on my own. There is a really steep ramp. The cleaner was super diligent. Staff at reception were helpful, although a bit impatient. All and all, a good stay.

Located near the train station and central to everything in the city centre. Smaller property tucked off a main road made it a quiet place. Room was comfortable.

I had regular issues with the key cards. Staff was helpful but there is no one to call at night and no one on site.

Very Friendly staff; nice gym; good breakfast; comfortable and quite room. Walking distance to the central station and close to transport facilities, bars, shops, restaurants and lake.

The tiles inside the shower have molds; a more consistent cleaning should be dedicated to that.

Location was good . 7 minutes walk from the railway station. The property was clean and tidy .

Full length mirror blocked by a chair . Electricity ports not standard European. Swiss style so adaptor required from reception.

Comfy bed, friendly staff at front desk happy to help with anything and ideal location in city by train station with a tram stop a short walk away.

Fantastic all round!

This is a fantastic hotel and a great location! We stayed here for 3 nights and was walking distance to the old town, lake and park Baton. The train station is also a five minute walk from the hotel so it was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

I paid to Booking the hotel fee but the hotel charge my credit card again on June 26th. I provided the payment information of my credit card. It is clear that the hotel charged me twice on June 16h and June 26th. And I asked them to check and refund. But the hotel don't solve it yet.

Good Location close to Eurotrain

Location, medium size walk to city. Room itself was a good size. Friendly staff, provided local knowledge of activities. Smoking area outside that is fenced off from outside.

Shower way too small, since tap protruded out too far, dificult not to bump shower and turn it off, a d I am not a big person. Coffee machine in room did not work. No USB outlets in room to charge phone. No ability for hot breakfast. The tea and coffee in the room is only enough for the first day and not updated.
