The hotel gave us a Voucher for transportation to the Hotel, around the area and back to the airport. The location is perfect nearby the United Nation and Geneva Convention center.

The ladies at the restaurant were so nice and very welcoming.
I was racially abused at the reception. A red haired lady with red glasses. She told me this hotel is for the people who can afford. I was trying to have a conversation with her about my booking but her reception was so cold and very dismissive . We arrived a day late because our flight was cancelled . It was scheduled for the following day. I was so tired .
