The adapter for plugging in my mobile phone, it had three different sockets including a British one which made charging the phone easy
More tea in the room, for an early cuppa, everything else was satisfactory, and when requested more rea bags were provided

Clean and well-maintained. The location is very central, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. I would happily stay here again. Excellent value for money.

Location was great and the price was mid level for Geneva.
Room was very tired with tiny shower and glue around the sink plumbing as a temporary leak fix. Advertised as having air conditioning but it did not work at all. Just blew out room temperature air. We asked it to be fixed, were given an extra fan and told it would be fixed next day. However next morning we’re told the city law was that it could not be turned on until the city said it could. Walking around the city it was clear this was not true , as there was air conditioning in all the shops and other hotels we popped into. Disappointing that the hotel was not honest with us about its facilities . We had very little sleep over three days as the window had to stay open to have any cool air, and the noise from the street continued all night due to central location.
