Uncontrollable heating in the room. No thermostat in sight to regulate the heat. It was a furnace

Never again.

Pro’s Right next to the train station so everything was extremely convenient and close by. Cons, Stopped bathroom tub. Had to take showers in a standing pool of water. Very old building. Everything is outdated. Tub is so high you need a ladder to get in. Plugs didn’t work. Not enough light. Whenever the guy came to fix the tub, left the door open when he left while we were out sight seeing. Fortunately nothing was missing. So we didn’t complain. When you close the door you have to make sure it’s locked otherwise it remains open and that is what the guy did. We had 2 rooms there and we wanted to make sure that rooms were closed so we know we made sure doors were closed properly before we left. It was definitely the service tech that left the door open. Safe didn’t work had to get someone to come replace the battery. Both rooms hair dryer would not work. A lot of the plugs in both rooms you could not even put the plugs in something was stopped up.

great except what I didn't like.

Your ramp at the front entrance. It was so steep, I fell moving my luggage and tore up my leg--pretty nasty. Had to go to pharmacy and get a number of things to try and stave off an infection. Went thru multiple skin layers. Hoping I can heal it without stitches. You should change the grade of that ramp--there's no excuse for that.

Comfortable stay, close to train station for easy transport

Very close to train station which was very helpful for transfers. Area around train station is not as nice as other areas. A great ironing room was available too

Modern, clean and comfortable with really friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is situated right next to the station, so was really convenient. We had arrived a little early, just expecting to drop our bags, but the lady on the desk was so helpful, and she gave us early access to our rooms, and which were two rooms across from each other at the very end of the corridor, but which had an additional outer door, turning the two rooms into a suite. This was so accommodating and helpful. The rooms are extremely modern, well-furnished, and comfortable.

Great location for solo travelers who are transiting through Geneva.

The hotel is conveniently and centrally located. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were given a room on the first floor, no wifi access in the room, lack of ventilation, and the corridor to my room was flooded so the carpet was wet. The hotel seems due for capex project.

My second time at the hotel. Staff very helpful. We arrived early and our room was easy so we checked in. Close to the station and airport which is great. If you contact the property prior to arrival you can access then Geneva travel card and travel from the airport to the hotel free. Good hotel to access the city as the tram is directly outside.

We were so tired getting in and it was a joy.

The location is phenomenal. Right next to the train station. We had one room with three beds. Tired was not the word after traveling. The staff was amazing and our view of the mountains was stellar. We were on the 9th floor. The value was good and the breakfast too. An added bonus was the cat and snake art that lights up at night right across from our room.

It's a nice and comfortable hotel near the train station. The room was large and sparkling clean, the staff was supportive, and the internet worked well. I find it an excellent value for money option, I would stay here again.

Overall experience with the hotel was definitely fantastic.

The location is really a hit in this hotel, basically when you come out of the train station, it is just the on the next block thus its basically just 2 minutes walk. When you have luggage, it was not an issue at all just going from the train station to the hotel. The room was bigger than what i expected plus clean and comfortable bed. Its also just walking distance away from the main part of the city of Geneva which is quite convenient.

Nothing in the hotel i didn't like, all i basically like and i would highly recommend the hotel to stay in to my friends and all the other out there.
