We arrived the room was so hot as the room was facing the evening sun. The aircon didn’t work well. We had to ask for a fan. The ice can only be asked from the reception. The first day the ice was filled in a garbage bag. Second day it was given in a small cup. The window was not sound proofed 100%. We could hear the trams and also feel the vibrations.

This hotel has everything we need for our stay in Geneva helpful staff and a great location near the Cornavin station and Rhone River. However it is hugely overpriced for someone traveling from Australia

Would have been fine a few decades ago, but things have moved on. Unfortunately this hotel hasn't.
Great location for the train station, but the breakfast was really poor, the gym laughable and the place is pure 80s
