Zakariya was real efficient at getting me into my room, precise and swift, al I wanted is laying in bed after a long drive and he made it possible, check out with Alicia was equally remarkable even with a bit of compassion asking me if I again had a long drive ahead of me, thanks a lot for your professionalism without losing sight of our human sides! Also and very importantly, thank you the cleaning team, my suite was impeccable.

Excellent service...a great place to stay!

Breakfast was nice! Staff was friendly and attentive. I do not speak French, but all the staff that I interacted with spoke Englush. They held our luggage before our room was ready, and when we left for a few days they held some of our luggage until we returned a few days later.

I think the sheets on the bed were cooling sheets, and they felt "wet" when you first got in bed.

A great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The gym, while small, was impeccably clean and almost brand new Technogym cardio machines (1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 rower, 1 stationary cycle). Dumbbells went up to 14kg. The hotel has a self-service laundry which just costs 12 CHF for both use of the washing machine and dryer. There are 2 of each on the laundry. They give you 2 'jetons' for the washing machine, and 1 for the dryer. They also can do your laundry for you at a cost of 50 CHF, but you'll need to get in your request Monday-Friday. It's not available on the weekend. Very large shower, especially for one person. Shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo are provided. Soap and hand cream are also provided. Kitchen wise, it has two pots and pans, a stovetop, and a microwave and kettle. Would recommend taking or buying your own microwavable container and scissors. Blinds can be fully closed at the click of a button and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning is very effective in both directions, or it can be turned completely off.

The power point near the desk didn't really work, nor did any of the usb ports (well, at least not for charging). If the kitchen had a microwavable container and kitchen scissors, that would be amazing.

It was close to the airport. The staff was nice. They had a buffet breakfast. Tram nearby to go to the center of Geneva

Nice modern and clean hotel, but Breakfast non existent.

Clean large room

Breakfast finished at 10:30, however, I arrived down with my family at 10:00 and it had run out of all cooked food and most of the fresh offerings - apart from 3 yoghurt pots, tiny bit of fruit, cheese and a few slices of ham with 3 large loafs of bread. Ask the staff, if anything could be done, but were told, sorry it's finished. Not great to be honest and had 2 hungry children to contend with until we found a local cafe!

Location and the friendliness of the staff, especially Lea. Lea is very kind and helpful. She guided me to places to visit, and how I can purchase tickets to travel outside of Geneva and the apps to download. All the staff were very kind, helpful and professional, but Lea to me was outstanding. She is a leader on her own rights.

More washers and dryers and a spacious area. I was surprised how expensive it was to wash one load of clothes. Usually, Residence Inn Marriott’s laundry is free. Customers are already paying a lot to stay in the hotel but to charge them 12 francs to wash one load of clothes was extreme.

Subpar stay for a Marriot hotel

The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped

The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was subpar - on a Sunday, the breakfast was almost all over by 9:30 including coffee (when breakfast was supposed to be available till 11) - the ladles veg and meat dishes were all mixed and used interchangeably and for vegetarians like us, that was extremely uncomfortable

Great location!

Great location and very nice and modern. Breakfast was included and was tasty with many options.

We assumed because it’s a 4 star hotel that rooms would be cleaned, however we were told cleaning is only done every 3 days which surprised us a bit. I think it would’ve been much better to have cleaning done more regularly. Also, we were charged 22 Swiss francs to buy an adapter, whereas previous hotels I’ve stayed at have lent one during the stay incase you forget one.

The breakfast, free coffee machine for guests all day. There is a stove in the room for cooking. Bus stop 4 minutes away and quiet neighborhood. However, cleaning services needs some improvement. Gym is very basic and needs some upgrade.

Miła obsługa, ładny i wygodny pokój, mega wygodne łóżko. Bardzo dobre śniadania, dostępne lokalne produkty do wyboru. Ein angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Alles war top!

Für uns war die Lage, die etwas ausserhalb liegt und mit ÖV prima zu erreichen war, sehr gefallen. Von Flughafen aus kann man in 20 min. zu Fuss zum Hotel spazieren. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Getränke wie Wasser, Tee oder Kaffee waren den ganzen Tag gratis und der Kaffee in allen Varianten war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, schön gestaltet und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Ein grosses Einkaufszentrum ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants sind weniger vorhanden. Die Kosmetikartikel im Bad waren bis jetzt die Besten die ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Das Designe im ganzen Hotel hat mir extrem gut gefallen, alle Möbel sind hochwertig und alles passt zusammen. Das ÖV Ticket haben wir sehr geschätzt und viel gebraucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und hoffentlich bald.

Es könnte sein, dass es nicht genug Platz im Frühstücksraum in der Hochsaison gibt...
