I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bristol Geneva. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to the lake, shops, and public transport. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. I also really enjoyed the elegant, stylish atmosphere, which made the stay feel both relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing location, maximum of 5 mins walking distance to Geneva train station, international coach station as well as tram and bus stops. 30 mins by bus or 10 min train journey from Geneva Airport. Lively area with good dinner options around. Amazing hotel, extremely clean, great spa facilities and friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely loved our stay!

Difficult to use TV system - no access to Netflix/Disney/Youtube and cannot connect your phone to TV.

Location was very close to the Lake. Easy walk to Old Town.

The lift doors were a bit annoying as they did not open automatically. You pushed it open but could not see if anyone was standing there waiting so there was the potential to hit them when you opened the door. I mostly used the stairs because of this. Lobby could be a bit crowded at times.

The hotel was very stylish and modern.The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff couldn’t do more for you.Super friendly and welcoming.Perfect location only 10 mins walk to station and a couple mins to the lake and if visiting at Christmas it’s very close to the markets.

Loved it all tho wish there was more options for the cote square restaurant maybe could change it daily.

Comfortable short stay in Geneva.

Central location. Easy to get to and from the old town

I asked three times about the tourist transport card that I was told we were entitled to. I did this through booking.com. Unfortunately I was never provided with the tickets which was extremely disappointing. We had breakfast on one morning. We didn’t go again. It was cold and there was a shortage of some items which were not refilled during our time in the dining room. The hotel itself is quite old fashioned and although comfort could be amazing if a bit of money was spent on it.

I really enjoyed the Bristol Hotel in Geneva. The excellent location, the wonderful staff, and the delicious breakfasts made our stay very pleasant. I especially want to highlight the interior — everything was in lovely tones, very tasteful and cozy. I loved the bedside lamps, the wall fixtures, and the color of the curtains. It all felt very homey. Additionally, we appreciated the attention to children: they gave our child a toy upon arrival and provided an extra bed at no additional cost. All of this made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.

Geneve is well worth visiting, I had a great boat trip on the lake.

The hotel was very well located for the lake and the rail station. I used the jacuzzi but did not get a chance to use the gym. I used the restaurant which was seriously good, I ordered the lamb chops. The staff were very smart and professional.

Everything. Location, lovely staff, beautiful hotel. Bed was so comfortable and the room was huge. Didn’t stay for breakfast but the bar was lovely and drink prices not too bad considering where you are. I’d stay again and recommend it. We live in Bristol UK so couldn’t resist!!

Loved staying at the Bristol. The location was perfect with the train and bus stations extremely close. The breakfast was excellent with varied choices. We had room service, which was delivered within 15 mins and tasty.
