Trendy Stay in the Heart of Downtown Geneva

The hotel's design is brilliant, and the pillow and bed were really comfortable. The hotel is very close to the lake and has a nice coffee shop where you can get some food at night. Parking is very close by and secure. A lot of restaurants are just downstairs.

The window of our room faces the red light street, so when we come back from there, we can see some working ladies over there. Surprisingly, it did not have much noise at night, and we felt safe in general despite the situation.

Great stay in a beautiful hotel

The East West Hotel was excellent. The Front Desk staff are very helpful and nice. They upgraded us to a suite because it was my birthday. Much appreciated! The rooms were big and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was lovely. We also enjoyed the breakfast served in the bar area.

Nice stay in Geneva

Breakfast was exccellent and the afternoon drinks and snacks were a big pleasant surprise. Location was good if you went towards the lake but stay away fromt he lasie sof the night a couple streets away on the corners. Also, go to the lake area for meals.

The location was superb and the outdoor terrace at the back was nice to sit outside. Although the interior is rather dated it was clean.

Horrible - want my money back!!

They put me in a street level room and it was incredibly noisy the whole night. I slept maybe 2 hours. What a huge waste of money. Please help me get a refund!!!

Pleasant Stay in Hotel with Great Staff

The staff were great. Virginie and Karim at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. They went out of their way to assist us with our requests and questions during our stay. Other staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful too. The location was central and other places easy to get to by walking or public transportation. Our room was spacious and very clean as were common areas and the restaurant. The breakfast was good. The staff made our stay great.

While parking was available, it was not easy to access and most certainly not ideal if you wanted to take the car from the garage with any frequency. I thought the corridor color scheme made it too dark. The room furniture was showing its age.

Not a great neighborhood, decent room but glad it was just for one night

Close to the train station for the morning, comfortable bed, and good staff.

Unfortunately, this hotel is on a street that appears to be the center of Geneva's red light district. Definitely not a safe neighborhood for female travelers. Some of the furnishings were also battered or in need of cleaning.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Geneva

We loved our stay here. The beds were comfortable, rooms were really clean, the staff were kind and the location was perfect. My husband loved the sauna to stretch in after a long flight. We didn’t get the chance to use the bikes or eat here.

The hotel is not bad; it has good cleanliness rate for the however the facility is old.

The food smell is anoying as it is all over the place. The area the hotel is located is loaded with sex shops and offerers; not so nice !!

My comment is not fitting in this window so I have to leave google reviews But in short words Thank you for the people who do their best to work in this hotel! The design is very nice, rooms are beautiful and super clean! The infused water juices and sweet treats on the house was a really sweet touch Thank you Virgine and the Manager(Turkish guy) sorry didn’t asked the name but they made my stay! And also thank you for the cleaning team to make my room spotless on arrival and during the stay If I would be back I would definitely staying in here again!

The rooms are large and clean with everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed being able to walk to the lake, the train station and the major sites. Geneva is a beautiful city and this hotel was a good find.

Brilliant hotel and lovely room.

The room and facilities were superb. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Bed was lovely and very comfortable. Clarins toiletries were a bonus! Carlos on reception was lovely! Great having a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Fantastic location too. Everything was spotless.

Although the windows blocked out a lot of noise, the room was still quite noisy at night and the doors in the hotel were slamming late into the night. The room was really warm overnight and sadly the air-conditioning on low speed was really noisy so we had to have it on full which was again not quiet.

Lovely but lacking in fine detail

Very clean. Beds really comfortable. Excellent location. Lovely rooms with a bath and shower and top marks for the Clarins toiletries

Breakfast very poor. Basic choices missing. On request for a hot breakfast was offered fried eggs , boiled, scrambled or omelettes were not available . Free minibar !!! Consisted of a packet of crisps and a bottle of water , constantly had to request coffee/tea bags - basic issues let this hotel down. Plugs are specific to Swiss so any other adapters don’t work. Hotel doesn’t supply so needed to shop for them

It was still ok, but some things could be better

The hotel is nice and cosy in general

- my room was generally more expensive but it was located near area where people were gathered and making some noise - air conditioning was quite noisy - when ordered room service the meet came cold and without riz, wine came in different quantity. No glasses for water.
