Amazing stay in Geneva

The staff was tremendous. And it was in a great area. 100% would return.

My only complaint, and its a small one, is the shower tub is a little tight, and the glass doesn't stop water from going everywhere. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent, unforgettable!!

Breakfast Was fine, nothing exceptional, however the service was exceptionally great not only at Breakfast but tothe bar the night we arrived and during the stay ,which unfortunately was only one day.

Breakfast was not the best, could've been better in terms of variety.

The hotel is in a prime location, is very well appointed. The staff is over the top accommodating,friendly and helpful. The leopard bar is world class. Staff there is exceptional.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Great views, right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The check in process was very easy and the staff went above and beyond.

Exceptional

Exceptional service. Hotel staff / concierge made us feel very warm and welcome, and were always smiling and ready to lend a hand. Will only ever stay here if we ever return to Geneva. Location is amazing, as it is on the doorstep to the city and is directly opposite the fountain Amazing experience - real thank you to the staff!
