Best place to stay in Geneva with family.

Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome by the receptionist/host Mr Bastian, to the room facilities, they did not leave us wanting or needing anything. The breakfast in the room was perfect, especially when you have kids, saves you the trouble from getting dressed, going down, and fighting with your kids in public. Last but not least, the location was superb, downtown by the river and near the old town.

That we only stayed 2 nights.

Really lovely clean and comfortable apartment. We felt very at home here. The service was also amazing and really made our stay.

This place is amazing!!! Best of the best!

The place is very well located, has same security as a hotel but feels as a home away from home. It has everything and more like some tech stuff. The care was beyond expected, we were gifted with kindness and Swiss tasty snacks. I highly recommend this place and Bastien and the team are absolutely gems were a pleasure to meet.

Good location, but renovation and views impact value for money

Large rooms - sensibly equipped

Hotel undergoing serious renovation, which was not mentioned prior to stay, configuration of rooms means if staying in different rooms you are not connectable (eventually sorted with a change that was previously denied) Lighting system in room does not work adequately if you are using sofa bed - as bedroom lights connected to lounge Views from room depressing

Mosquito infestation and no one cared to change the room

Everthing was terrible and we had a mosquito infestation in our room my children got bitten badly no one cared we went out to another hotel in the middle of the night they threatened us they would not refund our money if we wrote a bad review in booking we had to call our embassy to inform them with our situation it was terrible they ruined the whole holiday for us+ no ac they told us the building was old they switched of all the ac in winter even though in booking they mentioned it was a ac room

This really was a home away from home and nothing was too much trouble

The staff were friendly and each day there was a little treat in the room- nuts, chocolates and a leaving package to enjoy on the train back. Nowadays hotels are cutting back on items in the room - it was lovely to get these surprises. One evening I mentioned I wanted an apple - 2 appeared very quickly and were handed to me free of charge.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful experience at Swiss Luxury Apartments! The location couldn’t be better — just a 2-minute walk from the lake, which made exploring Geneva so easy and enjoyable. The in-room breakfast service was excellent, and we really appreciated that they offered halal options — such a thoughtful touch. The daily laundry service and cleaning were top-notch and made our stay so comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions or assist with anything we needed. The apartment itself had so many thoughtful amenities — we loved that there was a Qibla direction, a photo printer, and even VR equipment! And as tea lovers, we were thrilled to find a tea machine in the room — it’s usually only coffee machines, so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a perfect stay — luxurious, comfortable, and filled with small details that made it feel like home. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva!

Ultimate Luxury apartment in the perfect location. 10/10

Absolutely loved this apartment. It is a beautiful huge space with luxury finishes and furniture. The huge living room made it extremely enjoyable to relax during our time. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and the daily breakfast spread brought to your room was really good. The staff are really friendly & really helpful, especially Joseph. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Good location, great staff, not all facilities working

Really comfy bed and great pillows, good bathroom. Brilliant staff who always went the extra mile and are available 24/7. Huge TV and daily cleaning, so it's more like a hotel than an apartment. Very clean. Great location minutes from the station and from the lake so very easy as a tourist.

Good facilities but unfortunately a lot wasn't working. Staff helped us fix Netflix but required a specialist to fix the VR headset so we didn't get to try that. Everything seemed to be very centrally controlled and we struggled to get the AC to the temperature we wanted even with support so it was always quite cold.

Great location for this comfortable apartment

The apartment is in a great location with a parking garage right around the corner, if you are driving. There was plenty of space, with a large living room and plenty of natural light with a lot of beautiful windows. The bed was comfortable with some really good pillow options. The kitchenette was compact but it had an oven and a dishwasher if you want to cook some light meals.

Apartment had many beautiful windows but these unfortunately looked over a construction site and into a corridor between 2 buildings. For privacy and to let the light still in it would be good to have a set of semi-transparent curtains as well.

Amazing apartments in the heart of Genève

Excellent hotel in the heart of Genève. The staff was really kind and we got a room upgrade which was amazing since we had more space. The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The hotel staff is also very kind and they left attentions such as delicious snacks and special tea selection in the room. The apartment is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. the location is perfect - very centrally located and within walking distance from almost anything. We really loved it and would recommend.

Great size room with separate bedroom. Facilities within the room were very good with additional electronics available should you be interested. Plenty of goodies provided in your room as well.

We had trouble working out the TV to get onto Netflix (included for free).
