Hidden gem in the heart of the old town!

Welcome team are amazing, Sèbastian met us at the nearby carpark with our bags. Fresh baguette & other treats available for us on arrival. We had a courtyard room & although small it was perfectly thought through & had everything we needed. Amazing base to explore all areas of Geneva & some great restaurants within a very short walk. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay in Geneva. Very centrally located. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I particularly liked that they stocked the kitchen with a few essentials like bread, butter, eggs etc. A small detail but very much appreciated and noticed.

What an absolutely fantastic place ! Such a completely and totally funky apartment, in an absolutely perfect location. Incredibly helpful staff. So thoroughly outfitted property, it was a pleasure staying there. So well located next to the "old Town". Don't stay anywhere else in Geneva !! (PS - Miele coffee machine, filled with fresh beans, was a bonus).

I enjoyed my stay a lot. I enjoyed the location and the staff. The apartment had all that we needed.

Joffrey met us and even stayed a little late to give us a tour of the facility. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location of the property is amazing. It was in the old town. Very safe and close to everything

While there is no parking for the hotel. Joffrey helped us and suggested parking the car in a public area that is literally 2 min walk from the hotel and is very safe

Best in Geneva

Prior to arrival the host initiated a WhatsApp group giving me a good welcoming and a very personal communication channel prior to arrival. This was particularly helpful as there were always little questions i had such as where to park the car, exact arrival time,, etc etc. a staff was at the door for us exactly when we arrived. didn’t' waste his time, didn't waste ours. Prior to walking us to our room, we were given a tour of the hotel and the library area which was an eye opener seeing how special this place is. We were not expecting there to be such a nice "living area" where we can enjoy within the hotel. The room I was given was stunning, 2 bedroom apartment with living area, full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It was really a home away from home. The hotel (room and common area) was spotlessly clean; the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious; and the location is unbeatable! I will defnitely be coming back next time when i'm back to Geneva.

The Jewel of Geneva Old Town

The apartment was located at the heart of Old Town Geneva, which is a very cosy, charming part of the city and is only 7 min walk to the main commercial district, where all the shopping, main attractions are located which in our view makes the Hamlet the perfect residential address whenever we come to Geneva. The apartment itself is very clean, organised, with modern and new interiors and is fully packed with all the amenities you would need for a short or longer stay such as fridge,TV,oven, washing machine and dryer, smart TV and cable, great interenet connection and heaters everywhere you go including the bathrooms, which by the way were ultra modern with fantastic water control. We didn't get a chance to meet our host (Anaelle), during checkin as we arrived during end of year holidays and the staff were on holiday so we did self checkin with clear instructions which was both convenient and smooth. However, we came across (Anaelle) as we were checking out and she was the nicest and warmest she can be which further contributed to confirming our choice for this place ... thanks alot for the hospitality and professionalism.

Nothing we can think of except for the fact that the street where the Hamlet is located is positioned on a steep hill which makes for a bit of an exercise everytime you go up or down especially if you are tired and carrying shopping bags, but in our view this only downside was completely over shadowed by the brilliant place and the fantastic location and we are confident than the Hamlet will be our address whenever we are in town in the future.

A beautiful courtyard of quiet, secluded modern apartments conveniently located on the beautiful hill of old town which has good cafes, restaurants and bakeries surrounding it. The team that looked after us was great, attentive and responsive.
