The Hamlet - Luxury Serviced Apartments

A gorgeous apartment. Plenty of space. Service absolutely amazing. Location unbelievable!

Nothing really!! Perhaps if we weren’t upgraded the cost of the smaller apartment would have felt really expensive. But nothing else I can find fault with.

Everything! Great location! Excellent customer service! Sebastian was fantastic to work with! All the little extras meant a lot - food, snacks, drinks, etc. Very responsive with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I would recommend the Hamlet to everyone!👏🎉❤️

What’s not to like? It’s an amazing place to stay!! Go and stay at the Hamlet! Book your stay today!!

Hamlet is an amazing place to stay when visiting Geneva. It is beyond my expectations and far better than many 5-star luxury hotels. First of all, it is located in the historical old town of Geneva, and has the charm of old brick buildings, but with all the modern renovation and amenities. The property is meticulously managed. Secondly, the staff is super nice and helpful. Our host Sebastien is very friendly and nice, and reached out ahead of time to check our needs. He stocked up some essential groceries in the fridge before our arrival. Even when we checked in late in the night, he came in to greet us and delivered the key personally. It was a very warming experience. Thirdly, the apartment is super comfortable. Even with the heat wave, the staff managed to install mobile AC to cool down the unit. It is not common in old buildings in Europe. Beds are clean and comfortable, and pillows are the right size and firmnesses. They even provided adaptors for outlets (for international travelers). The kitchen is well equipped, and they provided cooking oil, salt etc, and stocked up eggs, water, butter, pasta and source, bread etc. We don’t even need to shop for groceries, although we only cooked a light breakfast. The common area (the square) is a nice touch and my kid was enjoying finding cookies and drinks in the club. The washer/dryer is in unit and functional well and laundry detergents are provided. If I can rate it more than 10, I will rate it 12/10 with extra points for the staff and the AC.
