Very nice hotel in a perfect location.

The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere. Close to 'old town' and main shopping area. Also close to the lake for nice, long strolls. The room was very comfortable. The gym and sauna was an added bonus. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have a smart TV to watch Netflix or other streaming services.

The breakfast was very good, and the stuff was friendly, and the hotel is clean.

The parking is 200m distance from the hotel and there is no valey parking service, and the cost of the parking service in these conditions is high

The location was great and very quiet. We loved that breakfast was included which was served in a beautiful dining room. It was a very relaxing way to start the day. This is small hotel which offers a more intimate experience, which we prefer.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is small, personal and has an intimate feel to it.

The location was fantastic, and it was beautifully decorated. We were very grateful for a lift! It was an easy walk to Montmartre and restaurants for dinner. We were sad to only have one night.

Dated decoration. Tired and glum- needs updating. Fridge didn’t work Restaurant out of use as being refurbished- we were not aware at the time of booking. Shower broken No tea, coffee or milk available Didn’t hoover the room for 3 days. Didn’t respond to our concerns or attempt to rectify the issues.

Location and staff excellent - nice quiet street, with restaurants just a short walk away. The hotel had character and a nice contrast to big chain franchises.

Even though the air conditioning was on. Our room was still really warm which made sleeping at night a little uncomfortable at times. We did report to the front desk to see if someone could check it. I think it’s the thermostat and they are very old.

The one thing you can’t argue with is it’s a great location

All second floor rooms smelled dreadfully of smoke. We had to move rooms twice. Restaurant and bar have been closed since May and not reopening and nobody mentioned it. Breakfast was poor. Decor is tired and falling apart in places. All round it’s a dreadful place.

Check in was a disgrace. Poor attitude and distracted. Small room was like a sauna even with Aircon on fully all night. Second time this whole happened. Lifts chaotic. Pressed to leave and went to top floor.

Good location and in general warmer style than other business hotels

Gym needs to be improved with dumbells and more stretching carpets. Machinery needs maintenance. Bedroom lights were very dusty. Courtesy kit was much better in the past. But the major issue is perhaps the poor soundproofing, underlined by some laundry operations run at 02:00 am (???) with a metal trolley going up&down the lift. Bedroom doors are old and you can hear ppl talking while going up/down the stairs. I am a guest here since 2010 but the overall quality of the stay has severely decreased.

When we arrived reception gave us a room which turned out to have just been vacated, bed unmade , cups dirty on side. I returned to reception to be given another room, which I had problems accessing. Back to reception at which point someone accompanied me to open the door.

Quiet, luxurious hotel with lovely 1920s decor, walkable in town and staff were superb.

The location is very good - only a 5 min walk to the main parts of old town and near (easy walk) the river and the lake. The station is a short tram or taxi.

A nice boutique hotel in the heart of Geneva

The hotel is well located in a quiet suburb of Geneva, in walking distance of the old town. It is a place where one can enjoy genuine Swiss setting and hospitality. The rooms are elegantly decorated and well equipped. We had a Superior double room, which provided us with space, beautiful light and great comfort. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is generous, offering a diversity of savoury and sweet products, all of good quality. The staff was professional and courteous. The restaurant is unfortunately closed.

Some ventilation in the bathroom would be a great addition.

I loved the vibe and feel of the hotel. The staff were professional and helpful.

This was in no way a reflection of the hotel, however, we were there during a heat wave. The AC was there, barely! Fans would have been helpful to move air around.

OK stay.

Location was excellent. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sauna was nice too.

There was no swimming pool as stated in the hotel facilities description. Our room faced the street and it was noisy at night because we had to have the door open. Air conditioning was turned off. Attention to detail was not great. The toiletries in the bathroom were empty. Breakfast was average. The "hot buffet" was luke warm at best. It took 50 minutes to replenish the sausages and bacon by which time we had lost interest. I probably would not stay here again. A bit disappointed really.

Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Location excellent. Walkable to train station, lake, cathedral.

Very very hot. Room was 28 degrees and air con only works June onwards. Breakfast could be in main restaurant, current room feels cramped.
