Centrally located with relatively good facilities and value for money but need to improve spacing in their rooms!

Perfect as a base for exploring Geneva & surrounding areas

Extremely close to the train station, perfect for seeing Geneva and surrounding areas. Ideal for the Christmas markets. We had a clean and comfortable room, with fresh towels & beds made each day. Staff friendly & polite. Good value for money.

Great for a short stay

Close to train station and main stops. We stayed there for a short trip, less than 24h. Check out is at 12 PM, which is great.

1. It says parking is included but it’s not a free paring. It’s just street parking (good luck finding spots) or you can park at the train station (paid parking, no discount from the hotel). Most hotels had the same advertising - which is not quite fair. 2. The bed mattress is very thin and not so comfortable when you are 8months pregnant. 3. The room temperature was quite high - which is good in principle but very hard to bear during the night

Bad hotel, not nice facilities, but nice cook at the breakfast

I liked that the cook made more vegetables when I asked for it and came directly to our table and gave them straight from the pan to me

In the reception they didn’t say anything about the WiFi or st what time the breakfast was, needed to ask about it separately. We weren’t able to even have two pillows per person when we asked. Also we weren’t allowed to take even one regular cup to the room from the restaurant, not even when I offered to use the same cup during the breakfast the next day. I wanted to have a proper cup because I wanted to make tea in the room with our own kettle. The room was also small and on the first floor and you could hear a lot of voices from the street. The curtains were broken so it was impossible to shut out all the light from the room. In the bathroom there was nothing to scrape the floor with after showering, and bad design, so the whole bathroom was wet for a long time after showering. There wasn’t a possibility on loading the phone next to the bed. There wasn’t o my one night stand.

Great Hotel for Visiting Geneva.

The staff is very helpful with very easy check in and check out (and option for early check-in and luggage storage). The rooms are very clean and comfortable as well. The location is also very convenient near the Central Train Station and the old town. There is also a grocery store within 2-minute walking distance.

Great location. It’s near the station and the lake in the heart of the city and yet my room was super quiet. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were amazing and a spacious shower. Really good breakfast.

The toilet is placed too close the sink in the bathroom - design error.

Close to the train station

The room was remarkably small, uncomfortable, dirty and smelly. The staff was not very friendly. I had to check out to book another hotel. I'll never stay in this hotel EVER!

The hotel's location and room size were excellent. It's a real value-for-money option for Geneva. The reception staff were very helpful.

Good Hotel, close to town, public transport and shops. Breakfast was good too with lots of choices.

Not able to eat my takeout in the dining area on the ground floor. Most hotels allow you to use their facilities ( this area was not a restaurant, only used for breakfast) to avoid people eating messy takeout in the bedroom.

I booked this stay for my mother and cousin who were going to Yverdon to stay at the spa for a few days. My mom is almost 70 years old and her room was in the 5th floor and the elevator didnt work - They had to be slightly insistant so staff dispatched someone to carry up their bags...
