    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just steps away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were especially impressed with the super-fast Wi-Fi. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to the hotel for allowing us to check in early. We really appreciated the flexibility and excellent service! Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Geneva!

    My husband and I are currently staying at this beautiful hotel. It is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms have everything you need with comfortable beds. The facilities are great, the staff always friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. Cannot fault this hotel in any way and will stay here again when we next visit Geneva.

    Had a fabulous stay reception was quick and easy and very welcoming. The room modern with view of the the city with very little noise being heard. Had a great 2 nights sleep came with complimentary drinks. We needed an iron and when asked it arrived quickly including a small ironing board. We didn’t book breakfast so unable to comment. . There is a large lounge area beautifully decorated and comfortable a coffee machine however it charges 2CF. Which is odd when you have it in your room for free. Location great opposite the train station and bus stops. We where given a free Transport card for the city, can also use it on yellow boat to cross the Lake. The Lake is a 5 min walk. Old town and points of interest in easy reach. Check out straight forward and professional. Would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money, comfort and location. Thank you Bernina Hotel for a fabulous stay

    In my book there is air condition but when we call reciption he brings fan and only the light of air condtion is on
