Perfect and comfortable!

Great location, directly opposite the train station, which was perfect for a night stopover before flying out. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which meant we could drop bags and explore Geneva. The room was perfect and comfortable. We stayed in a room at the opposite of reception which was a treat. Could not fault our stay.

Perfect location. Just next to Geneva Main Train Station, Tram Station, Taxi Stands. Right in the centre of city. Very close to city attractions, restaurants, convenience stores and shopping centres.

No Kettle and coffee/tea inside hotel room.

The hotel was fine, just cold in the rooms. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic

Location was good, close to station.

The rooms were cold even with the radiators turned all the way up. By contrast the lobby area was quite pleasant temperature wise. We asked the staff to address but were told that’s just the way it is and nothing they could do about it. Then asked for a separate space heater but they would not provide. Said “we keep the prices low by keeping the heat down”. Wish that had been clearly stated when we made the booking.

Breakfast was adequate and filling. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious compared to many hotels in European cities. We were satisfied and would stay again if we return. Whether you arrive by plane or train, you'll be in your room in 5 minutes.

The room temperature could be 1-2 degrees higher. Bathroom slippers could be provided; there was no spare toilet paper.

Location, flexible and friendly service

Kettle or coffee station in the room would be a good addition to the room. However, The 24 hour coffee machine outside is a great option for coffee lovers.

Good location and comfy room.

Location was across the street from the Bahnhof though a bit hard to find as it is on the second floor. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was acceptable.

Good value for money in a very convenient location

Room was clean and spatious compared to similar accommodations in Geneva; the complimentary 24/7 offer of water/lemonade/coffee/tea was very nice

Bathroom of the unit was across the corridor, which was not clearly announced at the time of booking. Bathrobe provided by the hotel, but no sliders (would have brought them if I had known...)

Hotel is cheap, but you get what you pay for. Good location close to train station

Property was close to the train station. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The hotel had a distinct hostel feel to it which isn’t my wife and my vibe. I felt the pictures of the room were a bit misleading and advertised more comfort and updated furniture than what we experienced.

Great location, good basic hotel

The location is really great, just across the street from the main railway station. You can get everywhere easily from here. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet (at least my room was, it was to the alley behind). I had a separate bathroom on the corridor just across from my room, it was private just for me so it was fine.

Great location and staff, but hair around

The location was exceptional. The breakfast was good and the staff were outstanding.

There was various hair found around, including a big clump on the shower wall. This ruined my experience.

An unbeatable location, situated directly across from the railway station, especially for planning to fly out of Geneve airport. The room had a good amount of space and the beds were very comfortable.

A hotel right across from the main station

This hotel is perfect, if you are travelling from Cornavin station which is directly across the road from the hotel. It is therefore very convenient indeed for all rail travel. The staff are also very willing and nice. I had a small room towards the back of the hotel, but with a very comfortable bed, extremely clean sheets and plenty of towels. The hotel is a 'no frills' budget experience, roughly equivalent to staying at a Premier Inn, so if you are looking for more creature comforts over a longer stay, then this may not be the right place for you. As for me, I had no complaints, as it entirely 'did the job' that I asked of it: I caught my train to Vevey the following day with no fuss or bother. All I had to do was walk across the road!

Great and worth it!

The hotel's best feature is its location, which is directly across from the train station. The hotel is located near good restaurants and is very walkable to the park, university, and other tourist attractions. When I checked in, there was a minor issue with some of the light bulbs in the room not working, but the staff immediately changed me to a new room. The hotel also provided a free city transportation pass, which is awesome!

I think it's a bit confusing about the location and how to get into the hotel; I wish they had provided a bit more information upon arrival. I booked a room with a separate bathroom across the hall, which is a minor inconvenience, but I think it's fine.

Clean and the location is great. It located near the train station, restaurants, shopping mall, and tourist attractions in Geneva.

In the room, it has only refrigerator and has no water boiler or coffee or tea as complimentary.

Conveniently located for a short term

For a night it was a conveniently located hotel with all basic amenities needed and friendly staff. I was able to keep my luggage there until my flight later in the evening. Pretty clean and comfortable.

As the main breakfast/seating/lounge area was right behind my doors, I could hear everything and since some people had their breakfast included, it was a bit louder in the morning in case you wanted to sleep in or are a light sleeper.

Staff was very nice and efficient

The air con was very noisy and not efficient. The towels were clean but torn and worn at the edge. I would have been fine with it with a notice and a rebate (let’s be eco friendly).

Thoroughly enjoyed Geneva and a trip to Glacier 3000.

Location was perfect for arriving and leaving by train. Central for exploring the town. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very pleasant.

It was very hot and the fan in the room was not sufficient enough to deal with the heat. It needed to be on all night but this meant a poor sleep as the fan was noisy and had a constant light on it.

Nice stay, warm recommendation for this hotel

Perfect location just opposite the railway station. Short walking distance to all main attractions & the lake. Nice, small and cosy hotel. Tea and coffee available 24h at the lobby.

We had a room looking to the road behind the building. There was some noisy bars alongside the road and cleaning started there very early in the morning. But you need to adapt to that in the middle of the city.

Nice small hotel, great staff, I'll book again.

Lovely staff, very welcoming, nice continental breakfast and the travel card included was great (local buses, trams and water taxis all covered).

There's building work in progress at both ends of the terrace of buildings this is in. It's not the hotel's fault but the noise did start quite early in the morning. Overall it didn't spoil my stay but take some earplugs!
