perfect location

the breakfast although small selection, i could tell they were of high quality. the staff is very helpful and the rooms were always cleaned everyday. getting to the center was very easy by just going down the stairs in front of the hotel and that's it.. there is also an old famous restaurant just downstairs that's called Restaurant Les Armures you can book a table with the hotel. - also highly recommend the restaurant! they have delicious fondue and raclette!

Super nice hotel in romantic old town.

a very romantic hotel in the heart of the old city of Geneva, close to Rue de Rive and the Lakeshore. Given the time of the year -December- we chose not to be along the Lakeshore as it would have been unbearable. Courteous staff, a super good restaurant serving their landmark dish "FONDUE", among a variety of other options on the menu.

no parking available . Valet parking optional and available on 1/2 hour's notice.

Amazing stay

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel location was excellent with everything you would need in walking distance. Anything you needed help with the reception desk would sort within seconds and were always on hand.

A real treat to stay in such an outstanding hotel.

It is simply an outstanding hotel - excellent location in the heart of the old town, lovely rooms, first class staff, very nice breakfast and good bar. Couldn’t fault it. It’s not cheap but this standard of hotel just doesn’t come cheap. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect hotel in old town

The location was perfect, the hotel is located in old town and only 2 minutes away to the main street by walking. The staff is really nice always smiling and helping at all matters, also we loved the breakfast even though it was tiny surprisingly they had everything for a good breakfast and the quality of the products and food was outstanding!

On the way back to the hotel from the main street it is uphill and hard to travel with a baby and a stroller so we took a taxi instead, overall it is not a big thing though.

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff on the desk as you walk in and out. Bed was so so comfy, we’ve had the best sleep in a long time.

Hill to get to the Hotel which of course can not be helped. Our room looked out into the windows of an office so we had to keep our curtains closed, again can not be helped.

Loved this hotel, a great location in Geneva old town, plenty of good restaurants nearby The hotel was perfect, rooms were small but for 1 night this wasn't an issue.

When in Geneva this is one of the preferred hotels

Extremely friendly service. When arriving by car the car has to be parked by a valet (due to the hotel being in the old city) which was very well and reliably organized. The hotel is very dog friendly. And, something really to mention: the mattresses were excellent. The shopping area is in walking distance.

Great experience in the heart of Geneva.

The staff were incredibly helpful! The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I have ever experienced. Fresh fruits, delicious juices and a large selection of fresh eggs. Great experience overall.

The experience overall was good, however the pillows were very soft which had a negative impact on the quality of sleep. Nothing else to mention.

A very relaxing, fine and elegant accommodation

A very warm welcome greeted us by the attentive staff. The hotel was superbly appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The location was great situated in the heart of the old town. We could have happily stayed longer than our short flying visit permitted. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices available all presented beautifully. I would highly recommend this charming characterful hotel to anyone.
