The service and staff lack hospitality basics.

The location. Beautiful decor. Nice comfortable room and bathroom.

The staff seem to lack hospitality training. Arrogant, basic level of English, and make guests feel like they don’t like working there. Room service and Breakfast in the room was a terrible and far too expensive. They forgot everything: even cutlery. They didn’t know how to make a vegetable omelette, forgot milk for coffee. They didn’t answer the phone. service was pitiful.

Comfortable stay in center of Geneva

- Location is in center - Rooms are quiet, no cars or tram noise - staff are very friendly and very accommodating - housekeeping staff are VERY nice and very clean - we actually extended our stay twice because we felt like this hotel was very comfortable - Its 4 stars but really felt like 5 star boutique hotel. - everything was a walking distance.

- Nothing really, maybe breakfast options can be elevated. - Some rooms are small, so make sure you choose bigger ones if you have a lot of luggage.

even though we booked breakfast, we only had it twice and it was ok...would have loved to see some more mature gruyere on the buffet...its the country of gruyere after all

A getaway in the heart of Geneve

Didn’t eat at the hotel breakfast . But ate at the Balila restaurant for dinner and the food was great. The terrace which is open for the summer is lovely .

Affordable Luxury at a Great Location

Very large sunny room with balcony facing the pedestrian plaza. Very quiet. Centrally located next to the Jardin Anglais on Lake Geneva. Convenient walking distance to the top restaurants. Generous breakfast buffet and very helpful personnel.

There was air conditioning but it didn’t seem particularly effective.

Excellent location

I was very surprised when I arrived to find out that the hotel didn’t have a parking, even though it came in the research as a hotel with parking. I had to pay 85 CHF parking for my 2 nights stay which i didn’t not expect as an extra cost.

Charming Hotel with very nice and intelligent spaced elegant rooms in the heart of Geneva - both for business and long weekends.

I like 24/7 room service (standards like Sandwiches or Caesar's salad) - that was the ONLY thing missing; everything else was perfect!!
