Staying at this hotel was a complete disappointment. This is nowhere near a 4-star hotel—at best, it deserves 2 stars. I

The llocation

Staying at this hotel was a complete disappointment. This is nowhere near a 4-star hotel—at best, it deserves 2 stars. I would only recommend it if you have no other options for an overnight stay. The breakfast was the most disgraceful I’ve ever seen—it felt like leftovers from last night’s dinner, with a few slices of cheese, ham, and cucumber that guests had to fight over just to get a piece. No hot food at all, no vegetables. The only hot option was an egg, but you had to ask them to boil it every morning, and it took them 30 minutes. Some guests even brought their own containers because there was hardly anything to eat at breakfast, and we ended up doing the same one day. On top of that, the room had no refrigerator, no minibar, and every time housekeeping cleaned, there was a strong smell of a dirty mop. It was very uncomfortable to be in the room after cleaning.

Very tidy and comfortable room, very nice and helpful reception staff, good location to visit the historic part of the city.

Highly recommended!

The hotel location is very good: in a quiet area but within a walking distance to the city center. The room with a kitchen was very comfortable and had everything. The gym in the next door building was a bit old but had all required sport equipment for a good workout. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were no egg-based dishes during the breakfast, so it might be an issue for those who keep a high protein diet. However, if you book a room with kitchenette it is not an issue at all.

Large room making long stay enjoyable

Large room with commodity. Walking distance to main attraction and transport.

The cleaning every other day is a nice touch, though it also mean no refills on coffee and consumables.

Great holiday

Lovely property just ten minutes from city center. We had an early flight into Geneva and just expected to put our luggage into luggage room until checkin but receptionist very kindly offered us our room at 9.30 am as it was available. We were so grateful after a very early flight.

Nice stay in Geneva but definitely not value for money.

The room is nice-sized because of the free upgrade; otherwise, it´d have felt smallish, and I really liked the two individual duvets.

No fridge, no separate shampoo from body wash. Very thin towels.

Would not stay here again

Clean room, good breakfad

Location, unmotivated stuff and claiming that the hotel can’t have air condition as it is forbidden in Geneva. We found out later that this is not true. Instead there was a mobile air condition system with a tube (for the hot air) that was put out of the open window. That’s not very efficient and sustainable.

Not a 4* hotel or experience

The room and bathroom were clean. Good proximity to everywhere we wanted to go.

Hard mattress, no air-con (fan was ok but noisy), floor felt cheap, hardly any staff around there was one friendly member of staff the others we encountered came across rude. No fridge in the room. Towels were not very good. The bed covers were just a sheet, felt cheap. Basically not a 4* hotel i would rate as 2*. We stayed 2 nights and were asked if we wanted our room servicing as we weren't there long!!! Surely daily service is standard in a 4* hotel and they shouldn't ask?!

Perfectly adequate for short stay

Slight distance away from the city centre but easily commuteable with excellent public transport and tram stops around the corner. Otherwise, check-in was fine, staff professional and friendly. Rooms are a good size, modern, clean and comfortable. Everything was fine for a short stay.

Good stay, but poor organisation .

Facilities: iron, extra towels, dental, shaving kits, gym were all available.

Typical hotel “cleanliness”, stained towels and bedsheets. Hotel requests a card guarantee without and mention of it beforehand. Also no information on booking.com where you can book without one. Even though I booked with a credit card, they still requested a physical one upon check in. A lot of time wasted due to lack of communication. Also the claim that “most hotels expect this” is a poor excuse and actually false. Without a cc they expect 150CHF cash which is not feasible as a visitor ends up with this refunded money at the end without any use for it. Please communicate these requirements clearly, use the cc provided to booking and have a reasonable solution for those who don’t own a credit card.

A very decent hotel for a couple of nights in a lovely city.

The room was beautifully clean and the bathroom was lovely. We really appreciated the balcony as my husband is a smoker. Supplies of tea and coffee in the room were good. The breakfast was lovely and as a coealic who needs gluten free choices I was well catered for. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of noise on the first night, from a birthday party on the balcony of the business next door. After that it was very quiet. Bedside tables would have been nice.

The room was very small with only one chair, no bedside tables (as they could not fit in) and nowhere to unpack or have room for storing suitcases.

Location is great and the staff were very polite, professional and helpful.

My room was the smallest on the floor and very "tidy", best for a short stay versus the 3-days I was in Geneva. And A/C is not allowed by the Swiss government so the 30-degree heat made sleeping very difficult. The property did provide a fan, however.

comfortable and spacey room, central easy location, good staff and very clean. enjoyed it.

the location was very good. We walked almost everywhere. tram and bus stops are very close if needed. the room was comfortable and big enough. the kitchen had everything. coffee that is supplied by the hotel was very good. staff was very helpful and smiling. we enjoyed our stay and if we visit Geneva again sure we can choose this hotel again.

Good hotel for business trip in a reasonably central area.

Modern, clean and with generally good facilities. The hotel was tranquil and comfortable with a good shower room. The staff were helpful. It is a good location to connect to transport and not too far from tourist areas if you are happy for a short walk.

Did not pay extra for the breakfast as 18 Swiss francs seemed expensive even for Geneva. TV could do with some more English channels if you are planning to use.

The water at the hotel! The water is delicious and clean, do not buy. You have been prepared in the room a sweet bottle. See Label photo. Food was good! Our room was pretty and had everything we needed, the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend! Quite and family friendly!
