Good size swimming pool.

Very outdated shouldn’t be 5 stars but 3-poor breakfast/ no smart tv::/ sockets poor standard/ I was very disappointed ☹️

The rooms are big, and they have all the basics you need for a short stay.

The phone didn’t work, also they had a party on Saturday night and I couldn’t sleep. I wish I was made aware of this. The hotel has the capability of being a 5 star but needs a couple of mil thrown at it to touch up some things, in terms on the infrastructure.

I thought I’d selected an option for breakfast included but when we arrived we were told we hadn’t which was a little embarrassing. I’m trying to dig out my booking to check

Our shower leaked water onto bathroom floor.

the rooms need renovation, especially the doors at the entrance to the rooms. I booked 2 rooms and both doors had problems closing and the handles were torn off Poor breakfast and a single coffee espresso machine in a very large breakfast room. You had to wait at least 15 minutes to be able to make a coffee

Breakfast selection was good. The room (we had to swap twice) was good. The location is fantastic.

The pool was closed, despite the website saying it was open. The original room we had had a faulty lock which meant we ended up staying in a much cheaper non family room, so had to share a king bed with my daughter as well as my wife. There was no Aircon in the room and it was very stuffy. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency from Booking.com. The staff however were helpful. This is the worst 5 star property I have ever stayed in.

It is in a great location, nice bar area outside, that’s about it.

The first look was clean but looking close everything was dirty and old. Basically not taken care of. We had a water leak in the ceiling in the first room, the reception was annoyed at us for mentioning it, and could not even say sorry. Would not recommend this hotel. Not worth 5 stars at all. Have been in more clean and much more friendlier 2 star hotels.

The bed was comfortable and had a good spacious room. But it's not that clean. And the coffee machine is broken. The reason I booked for this hotel was for the outdoor swimming pool, but the pool is not clean. You are not able to see anything under the water, and I wonder when and how often they clean it. Air conditioning was the best thing I could pick for this hotel.

Extra charge for parking, they charged €19 for 1 day parking even though they said €15 on the pre booking chats. The receptionist was quite rude even though she knew we don't speak Italian, just talking in italian. We had no idea but felt racist towards us. Breakfast €20 per person is too much, so I didn't go for it.

Not what I’d call a “5 star” hotel. 3 and a half!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great room with a huge deck and views of the leaning tower of Pisa and the church. We stayed three nights and loved it. Pool was great too.

Drastically overpriced, building is in need of maintenance. There were some issues with the room, not least that we were initially given the key of a room that was already occupied. Breakfast is not great.

The most terrible experience. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a no star hotel. 1) Nobody cleans, but only creates the appearance that there was a cleaning. When we checked in, the room was dirty. No, it's not just dust on the table and dirt on the floor. There were drops of urine on the toilet seat (although the toilet had a "was cleaned" label attached to it). Drops of urine were clearly visible, so that for cleaning ladies it was possible to notice it. In addition, bathroom amenities (shampoo, shower gel, soap) were already used, opened. There was no protective film on them. The towels were dirty and didn't even smell of washing powder. Also, there were holes in the towel. The sheets on the bed was dirty, there were black drops and drops of blood on it. Also next to the bed were empty bottles left by previous guests. Seeing this, we asked the receptionist to clean and then went for a walk around the city. When we arrived, it was already around 22.00, we saw that no one did the cleaning at all. Everything remained in its place. We complained to the administrator again. He said the cleaner told him she was cleaning. When I showed him that everything remained as it was, including drops of urine on the toilet seat, he came in and washed it himself. The administrator cleaned the toilet himself. Let me remind you, the hotel calls itself "5 check-in". We were tired and couldn't take a shower or do anything. Then he brought us a new bed sheets, but we had to make it ourselves. Why did I, having paid for the room and my comfort, have to endure such a good experience? 2) The next day, when cleaning ladies kind of cleaned our room (not at all, actually) they did not put tea, coffee, or water, which was included in the room price. I had to take a translator every day and ask the cleaners for coffee and water (they don't speak English). They looked at me like I owed them something. This is the worst service and hotel ever.

The room we stayed in was a great size. The window view from the room was nice. The staff were helpful and spoke good english. Organised taxis to airport for us at unsociable hours.

The "rooftop bar" advertised was like a deserted ghost town. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was broken we were told and the hotel didn't have an iron available to supply us with during our stay.

location was perfect, was clean , breakfast was wonderful

just they did not have iron , as I had meeting I asked them they says just we had one and no more finally I could not find any more from them , I booked 5 stars hotel to have enough facilities I hope next time they buy more iron to have enough to use it

This hotel was clean.

This hotel should not be rated as a 5 star booked as a treat for my partners birthday. Half the hotel is shut down, the pool has no water and is under construcion. One window in the room could open, the others were broken, thus hotel needs major tlc to make it 5 star. Breakfast very poor, coffee from a pump flask, breakfast staff struggle to remember room number came back to us two mornings out of 3 to say room nunber incorrect certainly not expected for a 5 star. Location in the middle of no where 15 mins walk through a grubby tunnel. Way over priced for what we got, would not stay here again..
