The staff at the hotel could not be better. Everyone was very helpful. Ivan and Francessco and all their collegues went above and beyond to look after us.
The room was near a major road. It was a shame the pool wasn't open, but we did know that before we went.

Great location, and excellent room and hotel conditions.
Front desk staff — we were very poorly treated. We had to make a reservation on the spot through the Booking app because they said there were no available rooms. They didn’t help or give any guidance. Very poor service.

Great location just a 20 minute walk into the centre of Pisa. Only 5 minute car journey from the airport.
Rooms are a little tired in places but only if you’re looking. Overall great value for money.

Well located. Very clean. Very good manager who bent over backwards to make my stay good.
Lack of swimming pool despite it being advertised by booking. Com. Booking. Com should not be able to advertise swimming pool if it is not in operation as it is mis selling.
