Location is absolutely gorgeous: your neighbor is the Tower of Pisa! The bed is also really comfortable and the room spacious!

Not much to say here; just know that in front of the entry to the Tower - and so in from of your windows there is a flee market (probably it can get noisy on hot summer nights). It was not the case for us.

Ideal for couples, the place is sweet and the host is always there for you.

It is a charming place, ran by the most helpful host Elisa. The furniture, the coffee maker, the location, the heating (we were there on a rainy Christmas) — I was absolutely delighted to come back to our room after an all day’s sightseeing.

There are very few accommodation options in Pisa, and this is definitely the best one. The room is very well located, extremely clean, and has everything you need. The bathroom is also very complete, and the service is great. Everything is close by, which makes the stay even more convenient.

Not worth it, don’t book this hotel.

There is parking and it is close to the leaning tower of Pisa

The pictures are deceiving and the property is not well maintained. The room was dark due to inadequate lighting. Outdated bathroom, not a real bed, there is a metal frame with a mattress on top. The furniture looked like it was picked up off the street, was damaged and didn’t match. There was a bad smell. Strange webcam recording in the hallway. We left and booked a hotel elsewhere as we couldn’t bear to stay in this property. The owner communicated with us initially, asked us for proof of alternative accommodation and once we sent proof, she ignored us and booking.com and didn’t refund us nor take accountability for this poor stay. Not worth over £100 per night, felt like a dingy hostel.

Excellent stay in a great room at a convenient location to the tower

Excellent location - literally a 5 minute walk to the leaning tower. Directions to the place were very clear and Elisa was great at communication. The option to park at the property (for an additional fee) was really useful, and allowed us to park up then explore the city on foot. The room was really good, with an excellent shower and very comfy bed - I had a great night's sleep!

Location, Location and Location. It is situated in a fantastic position where you can see the leaning tower and walk directly to in in two minutes. This meant that late at night you were able to view the tower almost on your own

Beautiful property in a perfect location right in the centre of pisa with key monuments merely a 2 minute walk away.

It can be quite noisy at night however this is expected from a location this close to the centre.

Great location with a light, airy and comfortable stay.

The location was brilliant and the room was light with high ceilings, giving air of space and comfort, even though we had the sofa bed out too. The mosquito screens on the windows were really helpful as it was possible to keep the windows open, rather than have to use the air conditioning when it was super warm. There was a balcony too. The staff were helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like - the less positive aspects was the shower which leaked. The room had quite a lot of furniture because we were using the sofa bed too so there wasn’t much floor space. The facilities such as tea and coffee were outside of the apartment in a shared communal area.

In general disappointing.

Very good location

The facilities are not optimal. In the room we stayed, there was very dim light, no usable desk, toilet seat was loose, and there was a used band-aid on the hairdryer. Also the fridge lighted up at night so we had to turn it off at night. Maybe it’s just our room but I don’t recommend.

Wonderful place for an italian holiday

Location is basically behind the piazza dei miracoli , takes 2 minutes to the leaning tower and all the attractions Room was very big , clean , well equipped with coffee tea / small fridge/ we had a terrace and we enjoy our coffee there while birds singing Very relaxing was best accommodation ( we stayed in Firenze & Bologna) here we liked the most

Perfect stopover in Pisa

This is the perfect location to see the sights of Pisa. The tower is right outside! Staff were very welcoming and helpful and we were able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. The air conditioning was very welcome and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended 👌

Perfect location and nice decorated

We stayed at this property for a night before our flight. It was perfect the room was very spacious for a family of 4 with a nice little patio. 2 minute walk from the Pisa Tower. And the car park was right next to it so we could safely park our rental car. Ideal

Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, the tower is on your doorstep, close to lots of restaurants, and only 10 minutes from the airport. The hosts were fantastic - great communication, helpful, accommodating, and gave us some brilliant restaurant recommendations! The room was clean and kept to a high standard. If we visit Pisa again, we will definitely be stopping here.

The mattress is a little thin so the bed could be comfier, but it's absolutely fine for the couple of nights we stayed!

Pleasant, friendly, considerate and helpful staff. Charming townhouse. Old style architecture with high ceilings and spacious roof terraces to it out in. Spotlessly clean. Proximity to the tower and old town.

'Great room' with the exception of the sofa bed. It's so uncomfortable it's not possible to get a decent nights sleep in. Additionally, there was no available bed linen within the room to furnish the sofa bed. Unfortunately the reception was closed upon our arrival (our flight was delayed 2.5 hours). Upgrade the sofa bed = 'superb room'

Liked that location was close to Pisa tower as well as restaurants and shopping as well as pharmacy close by.

The bed in room2 was extremely uncomfortable! No support and extremely hard. Also woken up at 2-3 am drunk people outside singing. It sure if homeless or not. Noisy plumbing.

Great location to visit the tower

Location was perfect for the tower and cathedral, right by the entrance … on the route from the station (Pisa s Rossore). The room was a good size and the bakery opposite was great. The road can be busy, but we didn’t really hear it. We also walked around Pisa and explored a bit.

We were there on a Sunday evening and it was hard to find anywhere to eat that wasn’t part of the whole tourist thing for Pisa… but we had just come from Florence and it was Sunday so a lot was shut.

Very good choice of hotel in the heart of Pisa.

The hotel is a 40min walk from the airport (flat terrain; easy walk, even if you carry a suitcase) and is located in the very centre of Pisa (you can take pictures of Il Duomo and the leaning tower from some of the rooms). Access to the property is via a code provided in the email. The room was spacious and very well kept. Spacious bathroom with large shower (2 persons would easily fit in). Cleanliness - absolutely spot on! Friendly staff. There are a few small restaurants, tapas bars, and coffee shops in the area. Many restaurants more 5min away.
