Excellently located to Miracle Square. Close to restaurants. Clean. Staff excellent. Gave 4 stars as I was in an out building, which wasn’t decorated as advertised.

The Hotel is so charming. Staff is extremely kind and will make you feel very welcome. Do not leave without ordering a capuccino on your breakfast with a lovely way to say good morning from them. We definitely recommend this place.

Check in was easy and efficient. We were allowed to check in 30 mins early. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. The hotel is in a perfect place for sightseeing, just round the corner from the tower.

Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination.

The grounds, pool and breakfast were great. We had not booked at the restaurant the second night but they provided us with dinner in the villa as a ‘take out’ which saved us from having to find a restaurant after a long day visiting towns. We plan to stay here again next time we visit Tuscany Casa Mei is their restaurant. Book a table in advance as it’s a very popular local restaurant!

We had a good stay, stayed 4 people in a suite for 3 nights. It was a bit small for 4 people with lots of luggage, and faceing a noisy road (not good for light sleepers such as myself). The staff was really nice and it felt safe. Really close by all the attractions, we could walk everywhere. The courtyard is nice, but the street noisy.

Lovely traditional hotel a short walk from the tower. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was cancelled late and night and thankfully the hotel had rooms available and were able to arrange 2 rooms for us very quickly at 1am. We couldn't have asked for better service - highly recommended.

Location was very excellnt for tourist sites. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly Marta who was just fantastic! Breakfast was good but variety and could be improved. Our room had a large balcony which was extremely useful. Snacks were provided eg toasted sandwich as room service but variety and quality could be improved. A nice hotel to stay at.

This was a very nice place to stay while in Pisa. The location was close to the train and the Tower of Pisa. The staff were all so friendly and there was a good selection for breakfast. It was quite hot during our trip and the air conditioner just could not keep the room very cool. The beds and pillows were a bit too firm for me but my husband didn’t mind. The noise from the road died down around 11 pm and then it got quiet. We would stay here again if it were a different time of year without the heat.

Very convenient; 7 minute walk to Tower of Pisa and many, many restaurants. We booked a balcony suite which had two bedrooms; one shared bathroom. Our room was along the Main Street and was quite noisy from passing loud motorcycles and cars. We weren’t able to use the balcony since it was so hot outside and it was in direct sun all day. Everything in the room was very clean. The spare room where the kids slept got super cold but the main room was hot (even though it had its own ac split) so we had to leave the opaque glass slider door open to let the cool air flow in to the main bedroom. We prepaid for breakfast and it was ok; mainly bready sweet pastries and fruit. We arrived about an hour before check in and the room was not quite ready but they had a little bar area so we got a couple of spritzes and sodas while we waited for about 30 minutes. Overall pretty good stay.

Great place for location to central Pisa. Staff were very friendly. Only minor complaint would be the AC and the wifi, AC didn’t cool as much as needed and wifi was in and out. Still, you don’t come to Italy to sit in a room and be on wifi.

Lovely place. It's more of a boutique accommodation than a regular one. The rooms are clean and the staff are super polite and friendly. My elder parents had to stay on the main level as there's no elevator but the room had a big, beautiful terrace. The Pisa Tower is just around the corner. It's a short walk from the hotel and so are some of the best restaurants and shopping spots. So convenient!

The location is perfect for visiting the tower. However, there were several issues overall. The room doesn’t have a/c, which means you have to chose between being baking hot, or opening a window and dealing with the sound of traffic all evening. The hotel is also located on a flight path, so the noise is horrendous until quite late and quite early in the morning. The water pressure is very low, so it is difficult to have a proper shower. The beds are uncomfortable with uncomfortable pillows. There are very few plug sockets for chargers. The staff were very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for multiple evenings if you want to get a good nights sleep.

Amazing location, but get a taxi if you’re coming from the train station…the streets of Pisa are not made for lugging cases! Room very small, bathroom a decent size. It was fine for us for one night, when we weren’t really there fore the hotel but a quick stopover. but any longer would have been too much of a squeeze.

We only stayed a night in Pisa, which was about right. The hotel was a fantastic old building around a 5 minute walk to the tower and cathedral. The check-in was lovely and the room was exactly as we expected. Lovely balcony off the second room. Breakfast, maybe a little disappointing. But every member of staff we spoke to was quite lovely.
