Very kind and helpful check-in process. They recognized my World of Hyatt membership and provided additional benefits, which included a later check-out option. Hotel location next to Antwerp Centraal Station was ideal for my purposes.
While most aspects of the room met or exceeded my expecations, there was an issue with the bathroom. The shower head kept detaching from the water line, turning off the shower. Would have been nice to have this maintained and repaired between guests.

Hotel was Beautiful and it is right next door to Central station and only a 10/15 min walk to bus station.

The bed was amazingly comfortable the staff very friendly.
It was next to the station and the area was a bit run down with lots of building work going on. It would also be helpful if the hotel advised on parking before arrival.

I think the lobby is nice. Beds were lovely and so were pillows. Breakfast also nice and staff very helpful and friendly.
Bar is a bit sad with no atmosphere. Rooms could do with overhaul as the price is pretty high per night we had black mould in between grouts in shower.
