A bit cold in the bar because the door opening all the time

Amazing location, extremely lovely and welcoming staff, very cool design of the reception and bar, very good breakfast, comfortable bed and spacious rooms! It was simply lovely!
Some of the furniture in the room was a bit tired. Other than that, I'd give it 10!

This is the second time for me to stay this hotel. I had chosen it because of its location, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and proximity to the city center and other points of interest. The best thing was that the room was ready waiting for us on arrival and we were able to use it right away. we had arrived on an early morning flight at Charleroi airport after almost 5 hours flying time from home
The fact that we were not advised that we could ask for take away breakfast from the night before , as we had to leave the hotel for the airport at 6 am in the morning. We found that out the day of the departure and was already to late to do anything.

The location was wonderful. It was close to the Central Station and Meir Street, where all the shops, bars, and restaurants are located. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which was the best point of our stay. A public parking garage was close to the hotel. We booked it before our trip through a link provided by the hotel and received a discount. We only paid for one night of our two-night stay.
The heating system wasn’t turned on, and the room was cold and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was perfect, with smoked salmon, a variety of cheeses, and meats.
The bathroom was very spacious.
The balcony with a city view is ideal for evening seating with a bottle of coffee.
The free ice fruit drink in the hall was excellent.
It can be a bit noisy on weekdays, as the railway runs directly under the window.

Clean hotel, really good breakfast, comfy bed and very close to the station which was helpful. Staff were also very helpful with any of my issues.

Our room was very spacious and clean. We took one night diner in the hotel room service that was very nice and tasty food. However, they charge around 12-13 euro for room service which was little uncommon for me as internation traveler. This was the first hotel where room service just to deliver the food to room I paid however, the way he bring in the table was indeed NICE!
Hotel room is just behind the beautiful Antwerp train central station highly recommend for people coming for tomorrowland or travel.
Reception staff was friendly. Breakfast is ok.
well, what i did not like was to save water n energy we decided to not get our room cleaned by the staff for 2 days..however, when i asked for refilling the earl grey tea bag in the evening they mentioned to me it will be charged seperately. However, generally in hotels refilling stuff can be asked anytime of the day this was unusal for me.

I loved the rooms spacious. I got one with a view but it was really comfy. I loved the fact that we had water, tea coffee refilled every day.
The location is perfect technically in the train station, so it was very easy to go anywhere within and outside Antwerpen.
the fact that the towels were not changed everyday. I guess it is part of the sustainability initiative but better to change them every day especially if they were not were they should be.

Very clean rooms and pet friendly
We booked room with balcony and view over the city, but actually the view was over the station rails - not very inspiring.
Also we booked the hotel because SPA was mentioned: the sauna and relax space was very small, no water available.
The reception has no desk, I felt like no privacy when I was given information on my booking

GREAT Location, awesome welcoming staff, staff also helped with may of the requests we had as well getting a car service to locations needed
restaurant had a function so we couldn't eat there and arrangements in bar for food was not setup well and staff had never performed that type of job, they where not prepared for a dinner service, we didn't know about the specials which we would have ordered from but the table next to us did

I had a horrible night at the hotel. I booked two rooms and there was no extra bed on the second room which we needed for 3 people. There was only a leather sofa bed but no extra pillow or a duvet so we had to sleep 3 of us in one bed. Also there was no towel for the 3rd person:
Bed for 3rd person was not available and no duvet or pillow was available

The staff needs to be trained and you guys must find a good communication level between staff at the different departments because according what I had to go through was not so pleasant!!!!!
I went there during the gaypride. So I’ve booked a room together with my friends. So we had about 4-5 rooms for all 5 of us. We came around 1am at the lobby to wait for our friends to join, the first thing the receptionist said “Please don’t stay like 1h of waiting in the lobby”. I thought lobby is there to wait for hotel guests and we could not even order drinks because the receptionist seem to be in a bad mood.
When I check in I have paid for late checkout at 14h, knowing the fact I’ll be partying and so when I get back to the hotel then I can get a good sleep until 14h. So the day of checkout, the cleaning lady knocking the door at 10h30 and woke me up, then she knocked the door at 11h30 and woke me up, then She came at 13h00 knocked at the door and woke me up each time she knocked I clearly told her that I’ve paid for late checkout until 14h. Then Cherry on the cake receptionist call me at 13h20 saying “sir your check out is at 11h00” then I told her “I’ve paid for the late checkout at 14h” and then she checked the system and apologised. But can you believe how annoying it was 3 times I told the cleaning lady I had paid for late checkout at 14h and she still kept on knocking my bloody door?
Never more at this hotel ever……

Easy to find once you step out the Central Station. Step into the green lobby loads of plants with cute front desk counter. Check-in was smooth with friendly staff.
Had breakfast at the hotel only on my 2nd morning. The lobby / Lounge at the back of the reception is a perfect place to hang out after check-out should you need a cosy spot to wait for departure / train. Cava is being served at breakfast which is great.
Breakfast at 24.50 Euro perhaps because of the Cava i found the rest of the items were pretty ok. I was not informed about the 2 small bottles of water in the minibar that were complimentary.

I was greeted by friendly smiles and a big welcome. I was happy with my room and a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and two people were exceptionally friendly and one suggested I go to a new museum, which I did. It was well the visit. I certainly would stay again.
There is nothing they could have done better.

Room was quite dark and felt outdated

Great location, great service from the personnel. Very clean room. Good variety in the breakfast (fresh orange juice would be a welcome addition). Very convenient public parking just below the hotel (Interparking Centraal book online in advance for a better rate)
Rooms is a bit dated and some furniture weren't in great shape that's creating a low first impression of the room.

The hotel is in a very good location in the center of Antwerpen.
The restaurant was closed at our arrival on Saturday 2pm.
The room was not as excepted for the price and our expectations.
It was a basic room without italian shower and an empty fridge (For 340 euros/night).
I hope it was a mistake.
