Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend for a holiday stay in Antwerp.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. Free tea and coffee in the lobby was very handy. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and good quality.

Bath towels were a little too small and quite worn.

Smart hotel.

Very large room with airco/heating. Very quiet. Large bathroom. Large comfortable beds. Central location with a short walk into the old town centre. Easy check in with friendly staff. Small bar open til late.

Antwerp charges a congestion charge so if you travel by car make sure you register and pay before you arrive. Parking at the hotel is a commercial carpark around the corner but you get a discount.

Can't complete. Old-timey charm.

The room was spacious, and the location is great. Don't stay on the first floor, as it's on the same level as the parking lot. People can look in the windows, and it's very creepy. I asked them to switch the rooms, which they were able to do. They moved me to the 5th floor, which still faced the parking lot, but at least I could see the city, and no one looked in. The old-timey trouser-press (iron) was cute. No major issues with the place.

The hotel is quite old, it reflected in the facilities. The first-floor room had a functioning air conditioner. The 5th floor didn't have so they provided an air-cooler and a standing fan. That was a bit annoying but not too bad. The room has no lights on the ceiling, except for one floor lamp and one table lamp. Kinda cozy but also quite dark at night. The breakfast was meh but quite standard quality.

Go-to hotel definitely

Hotel is 2 min from the tram stop and is a 12 min walk to the city centre. There was a lovely market right next to the hotel. (Weekend market) The room is spacious and clean. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Staff are super friendly and helpful

Very nice (if a little bit faded) hotel room and very friendly staff

The room was very comfortable and big. The staff was really friendly. I've stayed here three of four times now and I'm planning to come back. The location is perfect and there is a Antwerp Velo stand right in front of the hotel.

Although the hotel is very clean and the staff very, very friendly, some of the rooms and corridors could use a bit of an update. The bedroom was perfect, but the toilet and bathroom were 'fading' a bit - the bathroom could really use a make-over (old shower-head, crack in the bathtub, some mold on the wall) and the laminate floorboards in the little corridor were peeling.

The pictures don't match what the room looks like.

The location is good, very close to the center of Antwerp. Breakfast is ok. Not of a 3-start hotel. The room is big.

The room, although big, is dark and old. The bathroom is also old. The mattress is quite soft and the pillows are small. Internet is terrible. Impossible to have 5G too. This is not a 4-star hotel. It's a 3-star one.

More or less as expected

The room was nice and spacious, with chairs and a desk, space to put everything without feeling like you are going to trip over something on the way to the bathroom

The bathroom was outdated, though clean. I was expecting a separate bath and shower, and the shower was over the bath. The airconditioning system had a bit of a rattle. Despite having informed ahead of time about vegan gluten free breakfast, the kitchen staff were not informed. However, they sorted that out very promptly!

4 stars rating undeserved. More price flexibility on breakfast prices should be adopted : not everybody is keen on eating the vast majority of what is available. My breakfast is a cup of tea with lemon and my partner enjoies a capuccino with a croissant ; why should we be charged as if I we use all available choises ??
