Conveniently located borderline 4 stars

Staff was very frindly and helpful. Parking option was good value and convenient. Hotel is next to a park. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Room had a coffee machine.

Breakfast is not worth the value! Room is too dark and gloomy. The hotel needs renovation.

Everything. They exceeded expectations. The staff was phenomenal and their care made the experience that much better. It is in a good location as well which helped with our travelers.

Good, clean hotel with very good breakfast

The hotel had nice rooms and a very good breakfast. The rooms were clean and the location is good. you can reach the center of town by foot.

We came by car and where sent to a parking garage close by. We needed a code to open the garage, which we hadn't received at the reception which after a long trip was really annoying. W had to go back to get the code as the reception didn't pick up the phone.

We were disappointed with our stay. This property does not meet the standard of a true 4-star hotel.

That said, there were a few decent aspects: - Despite many complaints about breakfast in reviews, we found it quite standard — with most items people typically expect in a hotel breakfast. - The parking is not directly in the building, but it's nearby, easy to access, and reasonably priced. - The mattress was comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure, even though we were staying on the top floor.

- The strange net on the balcony was torn and hanging loose, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space. -There is no privacy on the terrace — it's fully exposed to neighbors on both sides, so you can't comfortably relax, leave the door open, or enjoy a sunset without feeling watched. -The coffee machine had a broken control panel. -No basic amenities were provided — just a generic 3-in-1 product for shower, sink, and shampoo. -Everything feels very outdated and poorly maintained. -Several light switches in the room didn’t work. Even worse, twice during the night, the lights in our room turned on by themselves — possibly controlled from the neighboring room. This was very disturbing. -Soundproofing is poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors clicking switches, trying to figure out what they control — probably ours. -Many visible maintenance issues: peeling wallpaper, scratches, damaged shower curtain, loose fixtures, etc.

Excellent location within easy reach of the old town and the rooms were big, clean with a great bathroom. The hotel also has its own parking and whilst expensive it was a bonus with little parking available in the area.

Comfortable stay in a very big room

Big and comfortable room, with a nice balcony and all the facilities. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The parking inside the hotel is a good plus. You can walk to the city center.

Lovely stay

Nice location, very easy connection to Antwerp Central and the Sportpaleis. Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable room, I had to work for part of my stay and I very much enjoyed the complimentary upgrade to a more spacious room with a desk. WiFi was very stable too.

I am an experienced traveller. Firstly, we were in luck cause the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a big apartment situated adjecent to the hotel. Great upgrade. Useful; it's perfectly located close to the central station walking distance to (the start of) the shopping streets. Next, you can make use of the hotel parkings at close proximity for a very reasonable price. The hotel offers the comfort and luxury up to my demands and staff is professional. We didn't make use of the breakfast, but my guess is, it's up to standards in line with the rest of the hotel.

Excellent room, no parking available.

For some reason I got a room upgrade and was very impressed by my room, spacious, a wardrobe area, desk area, balcony and an excellent bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The room was well above average. Able to check in online before arrival. I didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking but none was available even though I was there before the official checkin time of 3pm. There is not really anything around the hotel, no cafes, etc.. It’s a 25 minute walk into town and some people might not be comfortable walking back after dark. There doesn’t seem to be any public transport convenient to the hotel. The only issue about the room that I had was that, for a tall person, the toilet was very small but that was a minor issue as otherwise the room was excellent.

Pretty hotel 30 min walk away from the city centre

The hotel looks lovely, we arrived earlier and got upgraded to the 2 rooms apartment, which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom apartment is huge.

The bathroom needs renovation the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was nice, but between 10-10:30 there were many guests and the staff did not plan well to refill the food & provide the plates. Eventually they did it, but it created quite a bit of the hassle. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes walk to the historical centre, we expected it to be closer. However, there is a tram stop not too far from the hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel

Spacious room, nice bathroom. Breakfast was ok.

Location: it is advertised to be 10min walking distance from the centre which is not the case. Cleaning services not good. We had a cot in our room and they did not even bother to provide bed linen and a pillow for the child. We had to request it at the reception the following day, and still no pillow for the child was provided. One of our pillow was dirty and we replaced it ourselves with a spare one from the wardrobe.
