Perfect base to explore Antwerp whilst giving you a slice of luxury to relax

Lovely staff, great location (10 minutes walk from the train station), beautiful decor and excellent sized rooms and shower. The gym and the pool were a particular highlight

Wow! What can I say? This hotel ticked all my boxes. I had such a pleasant stay here. The staff were fantastic, the restaurant’s food was superb, and the room was bright, spacious and colorful. I have nothing but praises for this place.

Great staff and a very well presented hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the cleanliness and comfort all led to an excellent stay!

The location was good for the diamond district which is where we wanted to visit. The compromise to that location meant we needed to plan time in to our walking to the city centre. Small issue and one that we embraced fully!

Amazing hotel with great facilities.

Everything was of excellent taste. The hotel was super comfortable and the facilities were amazing. I would definitely go back. I just wish we had more time to enjoy it.

On the website it said parking was free of charge, but we ended up having to pay for it. Also, we didn't get clear instructions on how/where to park, so this was a bit confusing at the beginning.

Surprisingly pleasant stay in a totally refurbished hotel.

Hotel has been refurbished just under a year ago. From pool, bars, restaurant, lobby to the rooms, all done with quality and a nice contemporary design. Food was surprisingly good in the restaurant. Best Cordon Blue I had ever.

Not much to complain. In front side of the hotel, traffic can be heard but that's normal in the centre of the city.

Great location. About 10 minutes walk from the station in a quiet area by the park. Easy to reach all areas. Also about 10 minutes walk from National Bank tram stop. Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly. Large comfy beds and nice sized bathrooms. Great showers. Coffee machine provided that also does hot water for tea. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. Nice bar area. I highly recommend this hotel.

I don't know why you only get 2 creamers provided in the room. That's only enough for 1 round of drinks! More given out at reception when you ask but no idea why you only get 2.

Very pleasant and relaxing - a real treat!

Breakfast was wonderful with a huge variety to suit everyone. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. The valet parking worked well. The pool was lovely and I enjoyed sitting on the outdoor terrace. The decor was beautiful. It was a really pleasant environment for a relaxing stay.

When we had our room cleaned, the teabags weren’t replaced.

functionally perfect hotel with all commodities

room is spacious with nice functional furnishing, shower is perfect, there is a big swimming pool and wellness center, breakfast is good and in nice environment.

Welness area is not very well organized: used towels left in sauna and on chairs, always empty drinking water, sauna and steambath were nearly always cold/turned off. Puddle in the resting area. And Benedict eggs are not supposed to be coocked hard

My wonderful weekend in Antwerp

These were wonderful days of rest in the hotel. At first we were settled on the first floor (the drain in the bathroom did not work well), it was difficult to sleep (very noisy from the street, and I am pregnant and sleepless nights are hard for me) The next day (it is a pity that not immediately) we were settled on the 8th floor and we liked everything very much - it was quiet, a wonderful view of the park, delicious breakfast, very clean, a luxurious spa) - we were satisfied. I would really like to have a kettle for tea and a robe in the room so that after the spa you could warm up. Otherwise - everything is fine. We had dinner in the restaurant - delicious and wonderful service.

The rooms on the first floor are very noisy

Absolument rien

La propreté laisse à désiré, le personnel vraiment très désagréable je ne parle pas le néerlandais ce qui leurs posait un énorme problème à l’exception d’une seul personne au moment du déjeuner…., aucune explication pour le déroulement pour le spa, ni pour le déjeuner.

Top voor een stedentripje Antwerpern!

Het hotel was direct erg mooi van binnen, leuke sfeer. Hele nette kamer; alsof we de eerste gasten waren. Dat je gebruik kon maken van de wellness was ook top.

Prijzen van ontbijt; dus buiten de deur, terwijl voor de sfeer was het leuk geweest om in het hotel te ontbijten.

Uitstekend verblijf

We hebben vrijdag avond uit eten geweest, alle 4 heerlijk gegeten we werden vriendelijk bediend door een Engelse man en kon precies vertellen ik had een rib eye en vroeg wat voor saus ik er bij wilde hij kon uitstekend aangeven welke beste bij paste. We hebben meerdere hotels al gehad, en die waren niet zo goed als deze we waren helemaal verbaast hoe groot en luxe onze kamers waren, ook eindelijk een hotel gevonden waar je de hele nacht goed kan doorkomen. Dus voor herhaling vatbaar dit blijft onze vaste verblijf.

1 klein min puntje dat was zoal bij dinner en ontbijt, 1 vriendin kan niet zoveel eten heeft een kleine maag dus ze had niet alles opgegeten dus de borden werden opgehaald en later kwam er een vrouw of alles gesmaakt had, we zijden allemaal ja maar me vriendin zei ik heb een kleine maag kan niet veel hebben. Toen bleef de serveerster wel netjes alleen een beetje doordrammen misschien was het niet zo bedoeld, maar me vriendin gaf al 2 keer aan nee alles was prima. Ik zelf had een cocktail genomen en aan 1 glas heb ik voldoende aan het einde zei ze jij hebt ook niks gedronken jullie moeten wel drinken. Ik persoonlijk vindt deze 2 puntjes niet echt kunnen. Ik snap dat als er veel blijft staan kwa eten dat het even na gekeken moet worden maar na 1x navragen is het wel voldoende Voor de rest was het prima personeel

Goed verblijf in mooie buurt.

Mooie gerenoveerde kamer. Gezellig restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant en de bar. Kamer aan redelijke prijs.

Ik kan maar 1 minpunt beschrijven ... het ontbijt, Ontbijt is uitgebreid en mooi verzorgd, maar echt te duur . €32.50 voor 1 ontbijt is echt te veel voor iemand als ik die voldoende heeft aan een kop koffie, een croissantje en eventueel een sneetje brood.

Problème dans la salle de douche

Le personnel étaient sympathique dans l'ensemble, le petit déjeuner était top.

Alors, ayant la phobie des araignées j´avais demandé à avoir une chambre minimum au 3ème étage pour ne pas être trop bas... On m´a donné la dernière chambre de l´hôtel tout au fond au dernier étage, avec des toiles d´araignées plein les fenêtres. Dès la première soirée, la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Il y avait le tuyaux raccordé au pommeau de douche qui fuitait, du coup l´eau ne sortait pas correctement. Pour une première douche après une longue journée fatiguante c'est vraiment pas top. De plus, l'eau du lavabo s´écoulait très lentement, du coup on s´éclaboussait ( un peu dégoûtant). J´ai été trouver la réception et le monsieur m´a dit qu´il viendrait voire le lendemain. ( J´esperais que l´on me propose une autre chambre, dans laquelle tout fonctionnaient). Le lendemain deux techniciens sont venus pour retirer l'accumulation de crasses ( selon leurs dirent) qui avaient formé un bouchon. S´était pas top car ils sont entrés avec leurs chaussures dans la douche pour revisser le pommeau de douche. Pour déboucher l´évier ce n´était pas top non plus car ca laisse la salle de bain pas très propre, avec des serviettes noires... De plus, les draps n´ont jamais été changé, le lit était juste refait, ce n´était pas un super nettoyage. Je n´aime pas casser du sucre en commentaire pour un établissement quel qu'il soit, mais je me disait que pour une chaîne de cette renommée il fallait quand même tirer la sonnette d´alarme. ( ps: rien à dire sur le même hôtel à Gand). Vraiment dommage.

現代的なおしゃれなお部屋で素敵でしが、スパが残念でした。

スパの管理がゆきとどいておらず、使用済みのタオルが回収箱から溢れてやまもりになっており、ウォーターサバーに水がなくなっていたのでフロントに電話をかけよウトしても電話に電源が入らず使えませんでした。着替えてフロントの状況を伝えたら、タオルを片付けにきて、ウォーターサーバーに水を足しでくれましたが、水浸しの床はモップをかけることもしませんでした。シャワーに備えてあるリンスの代わりにボディーローションが置かれていたので、シャンプーをした後にボディーローションを髪につけてしまいました。とても気分が悪い経験でした。フロントの方がおわびに無料ドリンク券をくださいました。とても忙しかったと言っていましたが、清潔で安全なスパ運営は基本的なことだと思います。

Номер - просторный, хорошая кровать, удобный матрац, хорошая звукоизоляция и темные шторы, чистое белое белье. Вы сможете отлично выспаться. 2.
