Overall a comfortable stay

Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and wonderful food supplied at the small restaurant downstairs. Head Chef is awesome !

Could have done with a little information supplied in rooms for those who don't have a smart phone or access to the portal due to network connections( not everyone chooses to access their mobile data), for example Wifi Network & Passcode how the restaurant works, how to book or whether you can walk in. Perhaps a couple more options to the menu, outside of the Set Menu (especially the main course) It is not clear on the portal, when reserving a dinner reservation as to the time that you are booked for....

Location in the city, room space

For the price paid room was not ready at 15 but later, nobody available to store the luggage in the morning, chat bot used as support none call me when asked, dirty towels in the bathroom, clean on the bed. Room not clean

Clean and bright studio for family

Very clean, comfortable place, spacious for family of 4. I like the management going the direction of sustainability. I also like the idea how the restaurant promote vegetarian/vegan dishes with different cuisines every month.

It will be good if there is a separate box for recycling waste.

Nice main room

The main room was large and comfortable. The location was great. However, there were some issues. The key wasn’t in the door on arrival, instead there was an unexpected key box. We got no reply on WhatsApp but fortunately figured out the code from the out of date instructions we’d received. There was a protruding nail in the floorboards that ripped my son’s trousers. The lights didn’t work in the living area. They could do with new pans and the bathroom is teeny tiny.

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. Lovely outdoor space. Restaurant smelt great. Good location, close walking distance to station, and to town. Nice being alittle out on the edges to try more local vibe. I arrived early and I could check in. Was able to leave bags when I checked out. Lots of nice coffee places close by, good coffee. Cute chocolate shop on the corner and a decent supermarket too to get your supplies of beer to take home.

I liked that the room had everything from a hair dryer to a coffee maker. Very cozy and comfortable. The staff is very attentive, they quickly respond to guests' requests.

It was so quiet and convenient to transport to the town centre. A really interesting neighbourhood. The restaurant served excellent food.

Good location near city centre with parking option.

Great written communication ahead of arrival with details for access to both the parking garage and the accommodation. Friendly hosts. Nicely furnished, comfortable and quite spacious room with coffee/tea facilities and ensuite bathroom. Wifi worked well. Good public transport and walking access into the city centre.

Staircase to the rooms is quite narrow and steep. TV is only on internet - supposedly Netflix and YouTube but couldn't access Netflix (not a great problem for one night). Ensuite bathroom is a glass cubicle with only partially frosted glass panels - little privacy.

I loved the facilities and location, but the staff should try to get a little more organized.

I really liked the room and the things that came with it. The location was also pretty good and not too far from the center and main train station.

The staff was friendly but seemed a little disorganized. For example, I had to wait outside the building for around a half hour after their listed check-in time and only got in because a person who works their chanced upon me in the street. I rang the doorbell and called the number they listed, which didn't work. Also, when checking out, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a staff member to arrive who knew how to use the payment system, so that I could pay the city tax. Fortunately, this didn't affect my day too badly, but I can see how it might affect travelers who are more pressed for time.

I just found the bathroom with clear glass a bit weird. I don’t think its everyone’s cup of tea, But there are separate toilets on each floor so you can do your “business” there instead ;)
