It is a great stay.

The rooms were a reasonable size, which I appreciated. The bathroom was fairly standard and nothing too special. The hotel’s location, however, was perfect.

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a minibar, how are you supposed to have a cold drink?

A great location and friendly staff, needs a bit more attention on room preparation

The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly.

When we came into the room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly and the toilet was full of faeces. The bed sheets did not look very fresh.

All around it was a comfortable stay for us. Antwerp was a surprise to us. A beautiful city with so many interesting things to see.

IT was a pleasurable stay at your hotel. We really liked being so close to the train station.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We especially liked one of your crew members who was in reception and in the breakfast area. His name was Andreas. He helped us find a Lego store we were looking for. Such a nice, helpful young man and his English was very good.

The towels were VERY thin. They were difficult to absorb.

A very pleasant experience.

Room was pleasant, clean and quiet, ideal for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent, good choice and quality. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, happy to print out boarding-passes and arrange an extra night at short notice following cancellation of our return flight.

Great hotel, great staff, value for money.

Good location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, good beds, proper bathroom with perfect shower. In other words, almost everything was great!

Just a small thing only: on one of the days, at breakfast, one of the two coffee & tea machines was out of order, and could not be fixed quickly, which caused a long line of guests waiting at the other machine.

Excellent location, comfortable, excellent staff.

The hotel is immediately across the road from the side entrance of the central station. Very welcoming reception staff. Comfortable room well looked after by the housekeepers. Good varied breakfast again with helpful staff. There’s a lounge for relaxing. The hotel is just a short stroll from the centre of the city with all it’s attractions, shops and places to eat.

The location was excellent, right across the street from the Central Station and right next to the diamond district. It was only a few blocks walk to the historic section. Restaurants of all kinds were right around the corner.

Good hotel in Antwerpen

The location of the hotel it's great if you arrive by train, the room and the bathroom was spacious.

The only downside of the hotel it's the breakfast slot system, you need to choose a slot of time and some days you may want to have breakfast at a different time.... The food was great and the slot thing it's just my appreciation

Perfect location with some minor flaws.

Location is literally perfect if you need to be close to public transport. There is a grocery store right next door plus plenty other shopping few steps away. The layout of the rooms is also great and uses the space well.

TVs have not been updated in a while. We use Pixel phones and were not able to cast to the TV at all because it uses Miracast or suggests another app that does not exist anymore. Also, cleaning was rather questionable. When we checked in the toilet was used and not flushed which makes us wonder if it was cleaned at all.

Location is the best !! Right next to the Antwerp Central station, can’t miss it.

Water pressure at the shower is pretty bad. Breakfast options are pretty low, might as well skip it.

Chilly!

The location is very handy for the station, but about 25 minutes walk from the historic centre.

Our bedroom was very cold in mid-April, because the system had been set to provide air conditioning, rather than heating. So we were cold throughout our stay. Staff temporarily over-rode the system so the room warmed up for a bit, but then it reverted. 4 visits to reception didn’t resolve this, and the hotel has not dealt satisfactorily with my complaint.

Lovely stay

The proximity to the train station, once you get out of the station you cross the street and you immediately arrive at the hotel. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help. We were travelling as a family with four children and one of them got sick. The reception staff quickly helped us in finding a clinic where we could go to. Breakfast was ok. The room was comfortable.

The hotel is so busy, that we got the impression that there is no time to properly give maintenance to the rooms. The carpets were dirty and ours had a big orange/brown stain, the walls have marks, the cleaning of the bedrooms could be improved.

Cleanly, a lot of space, VERY close to the central station which makes it very accessible, Albert Heijn is nearby. Overall a very good choice!

The bathroom sliding door leaves a gap in which the person in the room could see me when I sit on the toilet. The shower also had some staining on the floor, also on the carpets.

The hotel served its purpose but there was little to show that it is Hilton franchised/managed.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The room was a good size with sufficient storage space. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main station and there are many restaurants, bars and cheap eateries nearby. Check in was smooth and one of the breakfast staff could not have been any more helpful and friendly.

The main entrance area is adjacent to a very busy bus stop without adequate rubbish bin provisions so it was often untidy from litter. There was a bad sewage smell at the front door and in the basement fitness room. The combined reception and breakfast areas are only provided with 1 w.c./washroom per M/F and at peak times these were in constant use. The buffet breakfast plan arrangement doesn't work as the area is too congested at peak times. The same food was served up every day and nothing of any local speciality.
