Good location for the station Staff very friendly and accommodating We thought that if an evening buffet was put on like breakfast people would stay in the hotel And spend money rather than going in to the town
Poor outlook into a back yard With a lot of rubbish House Keeping missed us twice but it was soon rectified by the team in reception

My toilet didn’t work for 24 hrs. I then had to request a room change. They should have offered a change of room when they knew it wouldn’t be fixed.
