OK hotel but not great.

Perfect location for the central station. Excellent breakfast. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower

1. Hotel restaurant and bar closed Fri-Sun. I had planned to eat there on the Saturday night so had to change plans. 2. Location not so great for the old town though it is only a 20-30min walk 3. Room a little small for the price 4. Operate a system that you can skip the room clean if staying for more than one night. For this you get a drink voucher. But if this is at the weekend, the lobby bar is shut, so there us nowhere to use the voucher. 5. For some reason my room card was automatically de-activated after one night despite my booking for two nights. A bit of extra hassle you don't need.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. First of all, the location right by the train station is extremely convenient. The hotel is situated in a charming and quiet area, with easy access to many places. The price was fair, and the staff were kind and professional. The hotel is quiet, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay ending in an invoicing disaster

Excellent breakfast, great location, comfortable room and bed — everything else was top-notch.

The invoicing was a mess. I received four separate invoices for one booking, two of which were for just a few euros. Completely unnecessary. When asking for a solution, I only received generic apologies without any real follow-up.

Convenient location, fantastic staff, lovely room and food is excellent. We had a lovely dinner in the bar and the breakfast was fabulous with a great selection. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again when visiting Antwerp

Very good breakfast. Location is extremely handy for the station, and not too far from the nicer parts of the city. Staff were great -- very helpful and professional. Extremely comfortable bed, and quiet room.

The area around the hotel is a bit of a dump. Air conditioning (cooling) didn't really work.

Effortless comfort, genuine warmth, and a touch of quiet luxury.

I absolutely loved my stay. The reception team, Naomi, Kaoutar, and Shalissa were beyond wonderful. Warm, poised, and genuinely attentive, they turned what could have been an ordinary stay into something memorable. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction.

Nice hotel for Tomorrowland travelers wanting some luxury

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms. We stayed here during Tomorrowland. Easy access to train station. Staff and hotel were lovely.

Nice hotel but a strange manager if he was the manager

Very strange man who claimed to be the manager but was working the breakfast shift .. was in the gym there & went to the WC see him again .. started a conversation are you enjoying the hotel etc .. as I replied yes it’s good we’ve been all over Belgium then we’re going into Madrid .. out of the blue he said to me rich people are strange .. I felt very uncomfortable & laughed it off .. tbh very strange man but I was totally lost & confused by his strange comments did enjoy the hotel overall

Great quality hotel

The room was really spacious and equipped with every necessary thing. Everything in the room was crystal clean and brand new Breakfast was versatile and delicious The hotel in general looked very fashionable and state of the art.

The price for the parking is too expensive. I had to park my car a bit away from the hotel for a more reasonable price.

Great hotel, fabulous breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely excellent, a wonderful selection of great quality foods and delicious, healthy smoothies - the breakfast room is also a lovely environment - spacious and nice decor. The staff were really helpful throughout the hotel. I was lucky to get a view over the inside courtyard which was attractive and quiet but I'm sure other views would be ok as windows good quality & soundproofing. I was pleased with the spaciousness of my room and the facilities within - a good shower where you don't need a degree to get the temperature right! The group I was with also appreciated the offer of a drinks voucher for not getting rooms cleaned - nice idea! Overall an excellent hotel, ideally situated near the station. We also found that the people of Belgium, wherever we went, were really friendly and helpful - and the food also great - a lovely place and I do hope to come back!

I nearly died when I saw the price for my 4 day stay - it really was expensive and not what I had budgeted for. I was expecting this to be cheaper based on the option I selected via Booking.com which is what I had thought would be the final price. I think the website is misleading as I would never have agreed to this price. Having checked the email I received I can see the price is at the bottom of this - but you do have to scroll down a lot to find it. Nevertheless I kick myself for not double checking, so buyer beware and I'd recommend that others ensure you check you are getting what you signed up for when you use Booking.com I would also say that perhaps the hotel could get some air freshener for their bathrooms and ideally better ventilation. There was a slight drains smell in the bathroom throughout my stay - however I just kept the door shut and it wasn't too much of an issue.

Bed is so comfy. Just 4/5 min walk from central train station. Even though it's just right after train station, room is sound-proof and no noise at night.

A great stay in a beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds and incredible breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is a stones throw from the train station where we parked our car and was easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return.

The only disappointment we had was the issue of no room service. We had a long day of travelling by car from Poland and wanted to relax in our hotel room rather than dine in the restaurant. The hotel clearly states that they offer room service but they didn’t. I did place an order for food but had to collect it myself from the bar next to reception. Considering the price of the hotel, room service should definitely be offered.

It was a nice stay, the hotel room is comfortable.

The location is nice. It is pretty close to the train station.

We were not informed that all the drinks from the mini fridge would be transferred to the bar downstairs during our stay. When we returned to our room in the afternoon, we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned and that all the drinks were missing from the mini fridge, which left us confused. Fortunately, the room was cleaned later in the day, which we appreciated. We would recommend clearer communication in advance about changes like this, so guests know what to expect during their stay.

Super nice location, helpful staff, right next to central station but you won’t feel the noise of trains inside the rooms. Room was very clean and breakfast in the property was also nice. They have a live waffle counter but you have to make your own waffles. I would have liked it more if someone from the staff could make it for me.

Fantastic hotel as usual for NH hotels. Facilities were excellent with very well appointed room. Magnificent breakfast (although expensive if paid for separately). Very helpful storing luggage for later train departure. Very convenient for Station.

Although it is next door to the Station it is some distance from the historic centre (20-25 minute walk).

Nice hotel in a very convenient location (by the central station) to explore the city.

Very conveniently located by the Central Train Station, from where you can easily walk everywhere. The Hotel looks new and nicely decorated and our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked that they had flavored water by the entrance, it was a nice touch :) Staff was very nice and checking in and out was a breeze.

The bedroom could smell better. It was not awful, but it was not as fresh as the hallways.

Nice business hotel next to Antwerp Centraal

Perfect location right next to Antwerpes Centraal. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is nicely designed. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The breakfast was sumptuous.

The design of the rooms is very neutral, i.e. nothing to remember. It is not a cosy hotel for a family visit or even for a romantic stay. However, it is a perfect business hotel. The breakfast room is spacious, but when large groups stay at the hotel, it can get quite crowded.

Come for the breakfast!

The breakfast was incredible. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. So much variety and quality. Also, I really appreciated the 12pm checkout, since we were there to relax.

The only thing that bothered me was the check in and check out. The hotel sent me an email where I could check in online, so I did, even though it's not an efficient website. But on arrival we had to check in anyway, and our room was changed from the one I had chosen. So the online check in was a complete waste of my time really. On check out it would be useful to have a box at reception where you can just drop your key card. Last thing, no shower caps provided:(
