Good for a short stay

Really cool room where the lights where changeable. Shower was nice! Adoring the code system and all facilities.

After changing the temperature the system kept blowing but no heating. Pillows dissapointed a lot, no support at all

Very cool hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were super helpful. Amazing lounge area.

The toilet and shower very small and lacked privacy due to frosted glass walls. Unable to book parking, but staff very helpful with advice on park and ride.

Excellent and Stunning

The room was just as in the photos, Beds and Sheets very clean. Additionally the hotel was ideally located, so we parked our car in the neighborhood, where it wasn't a big deal to find a parking place, then wondered around the city center.

Really amazing stay.

One of our dogs was injured during our trip to Antwerp and they were very open, understanding and helpful about it. Really above and beyond. The room was very good, no problems with it at all. The bed was super comfy. The lobby was very comfortable for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

was modern, good lighting, clean, solid coffee (for free in the morning)

Unfortunately our AC wasn’t working properly and the sink was blocked, maybe nobody told the staff before…

great base for Antwerp

a very nice modern hotel in the heart of Antwerp. just over all felt very pleasant to be in. the rooms were an excellent size, had very powerful aircon, bed was very comfy, bathroom was a nice size. love that they use codes for the room door. hotel is near a supermarket and the main station and two metro stations

a very small ampunt of dirt left over from previous guest in my room but other than that i cannot fault it.

Nice hotel for a short trip to Antwerp

Somewhat minimalist, but comfortable and modern hotel in the center of Antwerp. Smartly structured rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Next to the railway station and therefore an ideal place to start a city trip in Antwerp.

The choice to have a semi transparant shower wall is somewhat odd - for some people it could be embarrassing. No windows can be opened, and at some point wel felt the room lacked oxygen.

A great hotel in a convenient location

A great property in a great location. I was visiting Antwerp to attend Sportpaleis, and it was perfect for that, as it wasn't too close but not too far either. The hotel had excellent facilities, and I appreciated its convenient location right next to the train station.

I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast selection.

Good value for money, easy. I liked the room.

Pretty nice rooms, I had a great view from the 11th floor. Nice lighting. It was all well thought out and functional. Lots of different services at this hotel, which I really appreciated. Bike storage, luggage storage, umbrella rentals etc. It makes it very adaptable to your travel needs.

I didn't like the area the hotel is in, but it is very convenient that it is across the street from a main train station, and a 15 minute walk to better areas. The furniture in the room is stained, but it was otherwise quite clean.

Pleasant!

Clean, modern hotel. I appreciated the safe and mini fridge in the room! And the self serve station in the lobby (even if I didn’t use it), the prices seemed reasonable. Rooms were comfortable, well thought out, clean. Free coffee in the morning even if you don’t add on breakfast. Chromecast available on each TV so I was able to relax and stream shows. Fast, reliable wifi.

Not soundproof at all to noise in the hallway, could hear everything including others typing their pin. Heard no noise from the street. I only seemed to have upstairs neighbours one night (thankfully) because it sounded like they were moving furniture around at 22h30 and 7h the next morning. Would have preferred a key card over a code, but not the biggest deal. Location was super convenient next to the train station which was preferable to staying closer to the tourist attractions based on my plans, however the street the hotel is on was disgusting. As a solo female traveller I was not comfortable walking to and from the train, even though it’s only a 5 min walk. Tons of creepy guys staring at you as you walk by garbage everywhere and smelled like urine. This is obviously not within the hotels control, but did impact my stay.

Nothing remarkable, but perfect for our needs

I loved how this accommodation had city trips in mind. The lounge area seemed like a great place to all gather as a group before heading out. There’s a small shop on-site too, in case you forgot to pack something (or if you’d like a cold beer!). On our day of departure, we checked out, dropped our luggage off in the lockers to explore Antwerp once more, and when we got back used the bathroom on the ground floor before taking the train back home. This really made our trip homewards much easier, quicker and less stressful. I managed to grab a croissant on my way out as well, as they occasionally leave some out at the check-in desk (I assume they must be leftover from breakfast, given how the hotel values sustainability). I could really do with some food at that moment, so this was much appreciated! It’s the little things that make this a great place to stay. The rooms were alright. I slept really well; the rooms were really silent!

There weren’t a lot of facilities in the room. This is fine for a short stay, but I did miss a kettle to boil tea/make instant coffee. The room was also pretty dusty in certain areas, the shower door had a gap where it started to rust, and I had to sleep with two pillows because a singular one was way too thin. They gave us two duvets for a double bed, which was a bit annoying. It did seem like everyone could just walk in though, you use a passcode to enter your room but you don’t need this to get into the elevator/inside the building to the rooms? These are all minor inconveniences though.

Nice modern hotel, but not the best location

Quite a new modern looking hotel with a nice looking interior. Staff were friendly and there was a safe place to store our bikes (which is a must in Antwerp).

Although the rooms were nicely decorated, wasn't keen on the glass cubicle loo and shower within the room, as didn't feel very private. Also the neighbourhood (by the central train station) was too busy and didn't feel very safe at night.

Perfect for a couple of nights with luggage by train.

Very close to the train station, easy to find. Smooth check-in. Relaxing outside areas. Comfortable and clean bathrooms. I did love the self-draft beer-station :)

This day Bayern drawed against Madrid and too many people in Antwerpen seem to enjoy Madrid. Didn't like this, not the hotels fault.

Reasonable price with a good location for one night

The location was good that we could keep our stuff while touring the city, take it back and head to the station easily. The facilities are also state-of-the-art that you don’t need a plastic key. Even the switches in the room were well-thought planned.

Ventilation would be a small problem. The air in the elevator hall was a bit stuffy. The locker service needs extra 5 euros charge

Funky and high tech room on a super cool hotel

What a cool concept of a hotel! Everything is super modern, the room is high-tech with audio, video and lights perfect set for a super comfortable stay (I am a bit fan of gadgets and this room had it all, colourful lights, smart TV and surround sound for your music) The bed is amazingly comfortable and noise levels are very low taking in to account that we were in Antwerp for a Madonna concert and the hotel was packed with fans. The reception area has a great self-service concept, with lots of snacks, drinks and prepare yourself meals (like pizzas on a proper little oven) for the guest and the staff was super attentive and kind. Location can’t be beaten, right in front of the station. I highly recommend A-stay!

Super fantastic!

We were able to regulate the room aircon 18c and above. It was nice and cool in the room. The beds were very comfy. The shower was easy to regulate. The room lights, blinds, and temp was all regulated through the TV. It was very easy to use.

The shower water leaked into the toilet area.
