    This hotel is exceptional, and for good reason. Location - unbeatable! Excellent transport options: a tram stop right outside, the underground just a minute away, the train station three minutes away, and numerous bikes available for hire. A shop is directly beneath the hotel, along with plenty of bars and dining options. The rooms are fully equipped for a comfortable stay: a plush double bed, a casting-enabled TV, multiple power outlets, a cosy space to hang clothes, and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Staff were incredibly friendly, always offering a warm drink and ready with personalised recommendations for dining and activities. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay!

    Good hotel, friendly staff, air on worked great in heatwave, great central location with tram stop outside, a short walk to Centraal station and not too far to the City Hall.

    Be careful—if you simply follow the front desk’s instructions and pay again, you could end up being charged twice. --- After paying through Agoda, I checked in at the hotel and the front desk asked for my credit card details. I explained that I had already paid through Agoda and therefore could not provide my card information. As a result, they refused to let me check in. They then insisted that I needed to pay the room charge at the front desk and attempted to charge me again. It took about an hour before the staff finally understood that my reservation had already been prepaid, and I was able to check in. Be careful not to trust the front desk blindly in this situation. If you pay again, you may end up being charged twice.
