I don’t think I will stay here again.

The open coffee bar

I didn’t like that the rooms were small and uncomfortable blankets and pillows… they were cosy. The air was dry and hot. When I opened a window it was too loud.

Good location, bad ventilation

Recently renovated Clean Friendly staff Perfect location in city center Comfortable bed

The bathroom is fairly spacious, but there is little practical space to put your toiletries. You use a single code to access both the building and your room. This is unsafe, as people at the entrance can easily see the code when you enter it. Room overheating at night in winter. When we visited, the outside temperature was 7–10°C. The instructions next to the heating controls suggest turning the system on to lower the room temperature. However, after spending an uncomfortably warm night (21°C), staff informed us that in winter the climate system only provides heating, even if you just want fresh air. To reduce the temperature, we were advised to turn the system off and open the windows. This feels ironic given the numerous “save the planet” signs throughout the property. If this issue cannot be resolved, the instructions should at least be clarified.

A comfy stay in the perfect location with great views and chill vibes

Stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! The location is perfect — right in the middle of the shopping district, so everything was super easy to get to. The bed was very comfy. Also really loved the top floor — great spot to chill with a coffee or hot chocolate and enjoy the 360° view of the city. Would definitely stay again!

A great hotel with an excellent location

Perfect location, amazing view from the lobby which is on the 6th floor. Close to many attractions. There is a grocery store next to the hotel entrance. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything was great! Thank you!

Perfect stay in Antwerpen

The location is perfect, just 700 m distance from the main train station. Also close to the main shopping streets. It’s located on a building, reception is on the 6th floor. We were well received, the door works with a code. They are much caring about sustainability, I like that. The room was very nice, comfy and even with a view to the main avenue we didn’t have any issues with the outside noise (we heard an ambulance siren but that was all). Breakfast is on a spacious room with a varied assortment of all kind of options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It’s great value for money. I would definitely come back again.

The bed mattress was a bit hard but I could sleep very well. It can be an addition to have some extra pillows and an extra towel. We had 2 sets but I missed one extra for the hands. Breakfast, I would add some more options for vegetarians like nuts, or more kind of fruits or options for with yogurt, apart from cereals. These are maybe minor things, compared to all the advantages, it’s just a great B&B! The rest was just perfect.

Amazing!

We loved everything! The location, the friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the hotel and the spacious room with a great view. It is only at a 10-15 minutes walking distance to the most important places to see and you walk through the beautiful shopping street so you don't feel any distance. It is also very close to the station, like 5 minutes walk. Also there is a supermarket right under the hotel so you can get anything you want easily. We didn't get breakfast because we wanted to have breakfast in a café in the center but the breakfast looked amazing with a great view from the 6th floor of the hotel. For the next time we would definitely try the breakfast as well. Overall we loved the stay and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A very solid option for staying in Antwerp

A very nice hotel, better than the other hotels of this brand I've been to before. The room was big enough and comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, and the staff was unfaillyngly polite and helpful. The location is also very good, just a short walk from the train station and within a convenient walking distance to the historic centre - or good city transport links to the more outlying points of interest. Definitely will consider staying there again!

The storage options within the room were rather limited. This wasn't a problem during our rather short stay, but if anyone expects to be there for more than a couple of days, it might prove problematic.

Fantastic accommodation in central Antwerp

Fantastic location, quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation. This is one of the best places I've stayed at this price, the hotel is right next to the main street in Antwerp Centrum, the staff was great and the room was clean with a very good breakfast.

Nothing really, our stay was without any issues. If you want to gripe about something I guess it would be better if the reception was on the ground floor but that really doesn't make any difference.

6th floor open patio

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It was so firm, it caused back issues to both my wife and I. It was so bad we had to check out early and find another hotel. Rooms were very small. Reception on 6th floor with locked door gives a bad impression of being in a bad neighborhood. Cleaning staff were loud every morning during their break in the courtyard that was stated as emergency exit only.
