Space and things were as needed. Location was the best. Breakfast was minimum as needed.

The staff always kept saying, you need to pay 'right away' without explaining the reason that they did not have my card details from the booking.com. On day 3 when this was clarified by the second staff I provided my details, and then on things were better.

The rooms were very tight and the bathroom was extremely small, I left the door open when using it.

Breakfast options were sufficient but ended at 10 Would have preferred to have at least another hour.

Indoor and outdoor sitting areas was nice, however not utilized due to the use of the breakfast area only. It would have been nice to have additional treats or items that can be purchased in a side shop for Midday or evening items to consume at the location.

Location is top. Checking in and out is also easy

We have dirty towels and the wall is pretty thin. We hear guests go up and down the corridor and people moving around rooms the whole night. I am a light sleeper so it doesn't help.

It was my first visit to Anterp and the hotel was well situated for the station and site seeing.

The hotel was convenient for the station. Staff were welcoming and the room was easily accessible by lift. There was a bar. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. I especially liked that i could boil my own egg.

The bathroom was extremely tiny. Ability to access Netflix on the TV would have been a bonus.

Great location only 10 mins from the central train station. Budget hotel, basic room, good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Clean, big bed, easy check in and check out.

Not much space in the room to open a suitcase. Shower cabin is really small. Would be good to have a simple kettle and tea bags in the room.

Great location, walking distance to centre, friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Bar in Hotel. Parking offsite & you have to pay. Be aware Antwerp has a LEZ, so check your car registration before you enter, you may need a sticker.

Door hit my bed when I walked in the room, but not the same in parents room, so not a big issue.

good location

bit small for the price, pictures made it look bigger. dated look. not much for comfort in the room, bed topper kept moving. no kettle/cups.

Night receptionist was great. And location is excellent

I haven't seen smaller hotel bathroom yet. To pull up my trousers, I had to half enter shower cabin. And sound isolation was non existent. I was awakened by every person coming back late, and I could understand every word said in argument 3 rooms away.

Great location in Antwerp

The hotel's location is really good and the hotel staff was kind an friendly in every interaction we had. The city can be easily explored from here and on the weekends there is a local market just outside of the hotel.

It was my second time staying in this place, first time was 5 years ago. However this time didn't feel as good as the first. The room display wasn't very nice, the bed was just next to the door.
