Very enjoyable two days in Antwerpen

We enjoyed the very central location, close to restaurants and museums. We appreciated having bicycles at our disposal. The staff helped us book opra seats.

Good stay in a really nice hotel and city

Very close to city center and also to the central station in Antwerpen! We went here after Christmas, for new Years Eve. All the city (and all the others that we visited in Belgium also) were very nicely decorated.

Very close to the city center and railway station

1) they had 2 elevators, one of them was always broken. During busy hours one had to wait around. 5 minutes to take the elevator 2) bathroom doors offer no privacy whatsoever. In the pictures it looks like they are closing but in reality it’s a big gap between the door and the door frame

Nice clean hotel close to city center

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is good it is close to city center. We enjoined the breakfast. I would recommend it.

The stuff seemed a bit confused when we wanted an invoice (it was a business trip) and we wanted to split the bill - we had two reservation and we wanted two invoices, but we end up with having everything on one invoice.

A good hotel due to location and service.

The hotel is well located and the staff very helpful. I had read the reviews on line about the breakfast so didn't include that but we tried it and must say it was great. They have changed caterers and it was good in terms of size and quality.

Just that the broken globe in the bedroom was not replaced after we told them about it.

Comfortable well located hotel close to transport hub and convenient for trips to the city centre

Nice, clean comfortable hotel close to the railway station and the tram and metro system. The rooms were spacious for one person. The lobby staff were friendly and dealt with our queries quickly. The breakfast was fine with a reasonable range of food and drink.

Not much really. I had ongoing problems with my key card and the safe in my room didn’t work but these were minor inconveniences really.

We like the location of the hotel. It is 10 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area. Very convenient and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops.

The Hotel Employees was highly supportive, a young lady, she’s from Nepal, get me a very helpful hand by pointing me to a Restaurant for my Business Dinner with my Customers Executive Manager and I had a successful dinner, also other Employees very polite and friendly Breakfast was excellent

The Room was unfortunately not so clean as expected, improvements should be considered, cost of vehicles parking is a bit high, other Hotel are more competitive on that

Top verblijf in Antwerpen. Aanrader!

Hele fijn bedden en een top locatie! Heel fijn personeel! We mochten de auto ook nog de dag van uitchecken laten staan, wat enorm fijn was.

De deur naar de badkamer was een glazen deur die niet eens echt dicht ging. Privacy was redelijk ver te zoeken haha. Verder bleef de deur naar de kamer hangen op de vloer.

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel! Goede locatie voor wie graag winkelt of voorstelling meepikt.

Toplocatie, kort bij station en winkelstraat/theater. Vriendelijk onthaal, kamer was reeds klaar voor de middag!

Misschien nog iets meer variatie bij het aanbod van broodjes bij het ontbijt, een gewoon sneetje brood of lekker pistoletje ;-)

Midden in het centrum mooi schoon hotel,vriendelijk personeel,heerlijk ontbijt op loop afstand van alle activiteiten die we wilden beleven.

De parkeergarage had iets duidelijker genavigeerd kunnen zijn,maar weet niet of het hotel daar invloed op heeft...

Voldeed aan de verwachtingen

Het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende met ruime keuze. De locatie is goed, op 15 minuten van het historische centrum en het centraal station. De auto mocht na het uitchecken zonder extra kosten tot 15.00 uur in de bewaakte parkeergarage blijven staan.

De kledinghaakjes in de badkamer waren verdwenen en de kussens waren te hard naar onze zin.

Bij aankomst moesten we van kamer wisselen omdat verwarming niet werkte, maar dit verliep heel vlot.

Bel hôtel, bien situé et confortable mais prenez une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la route.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, le confort de la chambre (très bon matelas, jolie salle de bain fonctionnelle).

Pourtant au 5eme étage, nous avons été dérangés par le bruit des voitures la nuit (route très fréquentée). Lors de notre arrivée, la personne n’était pas très accueillante. Par contre, les autres membres (le soir et le lendemain) ont été très sympathiques.

Design, situation, confort , parking souterrain sont ses principaux atouts!

Hôtel bien tenu , propre et accueil sympathique . La situation de l’hôtel et l disponibilité du parking sont un réel plus. Le confort est top!

Personnel de la soirée et du dimanche matin nettement moins affable ,se contentant de donner des réponses correctes mais brèves avant de replonger sur son GSM. La chambre était top Par contre , si je n’ai rien contre l’économie de linge inutile mis à la disposition des clients, un seul set de serviettes( une grande et une moyenne ) par couple est un peu juste…😢Certes il est bien indiqué dans les ascenseurs que l’on peut en redemander mais j’étais déjà presque sous la douche quand j’ai remarqué que l’on avait seulement un set pour 2!! Petit déjeuner très cher et rien ne justifiait ce prix élevé comparé au petit déjeuner des hôtels de cette classe!

Het ontbijt was lekker, maar niet erg uitgebreid. Er was veel te weinig zitplaats in de eetruimte waardoor er veel mensen moesten wachten en aanschuiven voor een plekje om te kunnen ontbijten.
