Next time I will choose not the budget ibis

The staff was nice and helpful

It was to much budget hotel, but not for the price but for the quality, in my room 302 was very cold, when I told about that the staff gave me extra heater. Very low pressure in the shower, bed was uncomfortable, toilet it was like you are sitting in the wardrobe.

room was spacious and clean however basic but you expect this for the price. plenty of parking for larger vehicles. staff were helpful and polite

no tea/coffee facilities in room. No vending machine however asked staff and they were happy for us to use the one in the breakfast area. room key code system down when checking in so was escorted to room by staff and could not be provided with the code until later that evening.

Air conditioning is noisy, auto light in wc was broken and turn on and off randomly. Extreme small bathroom. No fridge. Not comfortable bed

Parking in the facility is good feat, staff was welcoming and the room was clean.

We travelled in June and the room at the 3rd floor was super hot. There is no AC and the device for air circulation was putting in hot air. Window opens only partially, and we could hear lots of noise from the swimming pool of Novotel and the traffic. Lastly, there are mosquitoes and no mosquito nets. Eventually, you need to choose between dying of heat at night or noise+mosquitoes. Maybe in winter and mid season is a good hotel, not good for summer though.

Very good stay at a very good price

Close distance bedrooms for familly, no noise, parking included, easy free wifi, friendly and helpful staff, very confortable : very good night for everyone.

I understand it's not their job but i would have appreciated some written documentation about transportations because it is a bit tricky when you are from another country (about the park-and-ride (P+R) and the "low emission zone" in Antwerp). I had to ask to the staff and he was very friendly and after trying his best, was able to give me the best advises about it though.

Some of the lights were flashing and not working too good - breakfast area is small - no sockets close to the bed - shower gel was almost empty and ran out before I finished the stay.

Parking was full of little stones, when you go in a car your shoes is dirty.Door in the toilet was open then after go on room has bad smell.Also door slams in evry single app and you hear it.Wall's are tiny and you hear evrything.Breakfest is always the same, pure.Shower in cabin was scary.

Comfortable doublebed with a bunk bed above. Cotton sheets, extra pillows on request. Simple but more enough for breakfast.
