The room was spacious and gave a sort of arty feel. There is even a ping pong table outside free for everyone to play! However, we would have liked a room on a higher floor for privacy reasons (the window is 2 ways so they provide a curtain, but it blocks out sunlight). All in all, a good place to stay for 1 night!

Location is great & the hotel is very comfortable too.

This hotel’s location is a definite plus, as it’s extremely close to the Felix bus stop, making travel really convenient. Also, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and luggage storage was offered with great ease, which was a nice touch.
However, the rest of the experience was highly disappointing and even concerning. Staying on the 5th floor, I had to put up with extremely low water pressure—the flow was so weak that taking a shower was incredibly inconvenient and a big hassle. What’s far worse, a stranger (maybe the staff) opened my room door with a key card at 9 a.m. during my stay, which reveals a severe security flaw of the hotel. Such a serious safety issue is completely unacceptable and has left me with a terrible overall impression.
