    Our room wasn’t cleaned every day. We reported that a view lamps didn’t work .

    I was not pleased with the receptionists attitudes. One of them even chewing food in her mouth when she was checking us in! There were too many of them at the reception and chatting out loud. There was hair on the bed! The breakfast room is way too small for the number of rooms they have. It felt rush, guests had to queue and waited for the next available table. I must say the location is great though, and the room is quite nice. But really the photo is much nicer than the actual thing. They even parked bycyles inside the lobby. A bit strange concept. To put it this way: if they advertised this hotel as a 3 star hotel, then you think it’s good. But calling it a 4 star hotel doesn’t feel right.

    I stayed at Jamingo hotel and while the hotel is clean, very well located and is nice, I am not sure why and how this is a 4 star hotel, at best this is a glorified hostel First up, the parking itself is 1/3 the cost of the room itself , the room itself has no amenities to speak of, There is not even drinking water in the room and when I asked them, it is also a paid entity No bathroom accessory at all so unless you are bringing your own wet bag, there is nothing which the room will offer and it just adds t your expenses, Breakfast is very basic and isn't included in the price so unless you wish to add almost 1/2 of the room price more to get what you expect a 4 star facility to have, you will be terribly disappointed which it was for me, which will completely upset one's plan to visit 1-2 days in Antwerp. I don't think I will ever stay at Jamming and won't recommend it to anyone else at all, I hope the management pays attention to simple things which adds to the traveler delight and want them to come back again and again.
