Very rude cleaning staff !

Very very rude cleaning lady if I could I would slap her but I didn’t, the hotel needs to hire more mature and respectful cleaning ladies

Everything was ok. Would’ve been a lot better if I paid less for what I got.

The location and the size of the room and bathroom. Something like small apartment.

The air conditioning didn’t work properly. There were two small appliances, the one didn’t work at all the second worked.l, but the room was warm.

Nice staff and very good location.

The accommodation exceeded expectation because the room was large and comfortable. Special highlight to the location, as it is close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions and downtown. We really appreciate the staff for the whole support and friendly behaviour.

Very spacious room, good location. There are some things that need a renovation, like the windows and bathroom door, but this doesn't affect the quality of the room.

Do not stay

The bed was clean and comfortable.

Everything else was not as advertised. This is not a 4 star hotel, I wouldn't even give it 2. Bathroom mouldy, signs of painting it over. No kettle or hot drinks, Aircon broken, curtain wasn't covering the whole window and the hairdryer looked older than me. A lot of advertised amenities were not available, like free toiletries.

Very disappointed. The hotel did not feel clean - and there is no sign over the door.

The first room we were given had tobacco fumes. The curtain was falling off the curtain rail.The bathroom towel rail was missing. There was no soap/ toiletries by the sink. The room should have had coffee making facilities - these were not provided. The lift carpet was dirty.

God hotel in the center of the city so it is a short walk to most of the attracktions. Nice and helpful staff and good breakfast and the room was nice and clean.

Pretty much nothing.

It was dirty, smelly, stained, the elevator was so dirty and smelling bad. - broken pillows - duck tape sealed windows and screwed too - carpet stains - dirty frigde And the list can go on.

Access to the city center was good. And they had good and friendly staff. One of the advantages of this hotel is that it was booked without paying and this was great.

The corridors were narrow, the cooling system did not work, and fans were installed. You could smell a bad smell from the road. One of the toilets was broken, we had to change the room. The distance between our room and our children was 3 rooms. In general, if I am going to travel to this city again, I will not go to this hotel The windows were not sound-insulated and the outside noise came inside.

Excellent location, very friendly staff (they serve with a smile which is genuine), delicious breakfast (really better compared to other hotels we have visited recently), competitive rates.

The air conditioner was centrally controlled, meaning we had no influence over whether it was running or not, the set temperature or the fan speed. I asked the reception to switch it off for our room (was too hot in our room!) but despite promises this never happened (I got the feeling the staff did not really know how to handle the centralized settings). Due to street noise we could not leave the window open during the night, so had to suffer.

I was only there for one night and it was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They need to put up the hotel sign post as i could not locate the building. I mentioned it to one of the staff though who said the management is looking into it.
