Location. And super helpful staff. Facilities are quite comfortable and apartment spacious for 1 or 2. I needed to stay a few minutes after check out and they allowed me with no issues so thanks for that!
I didn’t receive the entry code so was difficult at the beginning. Luckily one of the owner friend was there warned me on sending a WhatsApp. After that everything was solved with a card for the apartment. I couldn’t manage to use the hot water in the shower but didn’t ask neither due to late in the night.

Location and amenities were good.
The shower screen is too small and water would always spill out onto the bathroom floor.
The bedside table was broken and constantly wobbled. And the lamp was clearly damaged.
The chopping boards had mold on them.
