Location. And super helpful staff. Facilities are quite comfortable and apartment spacious for 1 or 2. I needed to stay a few minutes after check out and they allowed me with no issues so thanks for that!
I didn’t receive the entry code so was difficult at the beginning. Luckily one of the owner friend was there warned me on sending a WhatsApp. After that everything was solved with a card for the apartment. I couldn’t manage to use the hot water in the shower but didn’t ask neither due to late in the night.

Location was convenient and only a short walk to main shopping areas and Central Station
Self check-in not convenient if you arrive early with bags and want to store them as door code won’t open until specified check in time .
Personally would next time prefer a property with actual check in desk for this reason
