Was okay but could have been better.

Good location Breakfast was ok Staff helpful and friendly

Smell in the corridor on way to car park possibly from a toilet Car parking was tight although staff came to help. Heater in room was not working so a small replacement heater was plugged in and the room wasn't warm enough.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located, but service could be friendlier.

It’s about a 10-minute walk from the main train station and very easy to find. The Old Town is around 20 minutes on foot, but there are trams and buses just a couple of minutes away. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The 24-hour reception was also a plus.

The design and decor felt a bit dated and could use some upgrading. The reception staff weren’t particularly helpful or friendly.

Location is good! Matres was good. Also the reception staff was nice, but not very helpfull

But the room was old and not so clean sadly. Also the bathroom was dirty and the towels didnt smell very fresh.. Airco not working, and the staff at reception said there was someone coming for extra cleaning. But we never saw someone.

Disappointing

The only good thing about the hotel is the location! The staff were nice too.

Unfortunately, this place feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The corridors smelled strongly of cigarettes, and so did the rooms. The carpet had an unpleasant odor and was dirty. For the price, the quality was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, with a very thin mattress, and there was no daily cleaning service. Overall, it’s not worth the cost and I would not recommend.

The front desk staff were great, but the room felt old, not very clean, and the bed wasn’t good.

Aside from the two gentlemen at the front desk, who were very friendly and helpful, there wasn’t much else to highlight.

The room was disappointing — it felt very outdated and wasn’t properly cleaned. The furniture and decor are in need of an upgrade, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest.

It smelled like smoke, the lift wasn’t working well, the room was dirty. It was very noisy and other guest made us feel unsafe. The door to the hotel was open so anyone could just walk in

Very bed, disgusting.

Location

The bed is really dirty you see the yellow parts on the bed. No hot water for the shower. I had to take shower with cold water.

Will not go back there.

Close to train station. Hairdryer provided. Shelving wardrobe and coat wardrobe. Clean, but not in good repair.

Black mildew on bathroom tile grouting. Only three shirt hangers. No usb sockets. No air conditioning. No minibar. Housekeeping replaced towels only: never hoovered for the entire 5 days. Breakfast was very basic and not worth £15. No place to open a suitcase except floor or bed.

The morning receptionist, Nabin was very nice and sweet, the accomodation was fine (good quality for the low price).

We couldn't make the AC work but it is okay we opened the windows and the only noise we got was from birds in the morning.

My wife has been to this hotel recently and she loved it.

My wife used this hotel recently, so she wrote this: "I was really pleasant with my room. Spacious, beautifully decorated, neat, tidy. This hotel is just a short distance from Antwerp Central. Transport links are abundant around, as well as facilities such as restaurants and shops for all your needs."

Location great, furnishings to be desired

Location was great.

The room smelled massively over perfumed - too much deodoriser I think, and I had to open the window and leave for several hours to let it air out. The bed had too much fabric on the headboard and base of the bed I got the feeling wasn't able to be cleaned well with signs of old stains. Did not really feel comfortable. Some way of making tea or coffee in the room would have been nice.

Top location for affordable price

Location is top, WiFi is perfect, price is the most affordable in Antwerp (45euros per night). Bathroom was clean and there was always hot water, staff pleasantly gave me a kettle and tea when I asked. They were helpful every time.

My trip was a short one, only one night at this hotel. Because of that I didn't expect much and I was totally OK with my stay. I found the room and bathroom clean enough, was provided with several towels which I always appreciate. My sleep is OK and I don't mind a bit of noise. Slept OK. The place is definitely conveniently situated, close to the train station and close to city centre. That was the most important to me.

For such a short stay, I don't have anything to mention.

Perfect for a three-day stay in Antwerp

This unassuming hotel turned out to be perfect for my three-night stay. The room and bathroom were modern and well-designed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of fresh fruit. The location was walkable from the central station and well-located for local public transport. Good tip: if arriving by train, visit the tourist office at the station for a map and information. I would definitely use this hotel again.

There was a power socket in the wall which was taped together and evidently in need of renewal, but fortunately I didn't have to use it.
