It was a high floor, the receptionist on the night of 3rd of January who spoke Russian was very kind to us and service oriented

I didn’t like the room because it was very very cold in the room even when we asked the reception to help us, it was temporary warm and we could fall asleep but then it was freezing and we sadly caught a cold after our stay, morning staff were super kind but it upset us that we clearly stood by the reception and the receptionist would look at us while having their breakfast mind you it was both of girls in the reception who did this. Then when receiving help with baggage we heard an awful comment from a staff member in the grey suit who said that if the luggage gets stolen from the place we dropped it off at then it’s not their problem. Hearing this from staff made us feel very disappointed and uncomfortable leaving luggage there so we immediately took our luggage and left.

A well located hotel, clean and comfortable

Excellent location close to Railway station, supermarkets, restaurants and main attractions, but still very quiet, as located in a side street. Well equipped studio unit for our purposes, with a small frig and coffee making facilities. Laundry facilities are provided free of charge.

One of the washing machines had a defective program, but when this was reported to staff, it was attended to promptly. Wifi was a bit weak intially but repaired the nest day OK.

Position is always great!

No sweeping of unit! Floor gets really dirty! Our apartment was disappointing! Half the size of last time! Driers needed cleaning!

Good but hotel could improve a couple of small things to make it better.

Value for money was very good, location was very good.

We originally booked what was advertised as a "two-bed apartment," but it turned out to be two adjoining hotel rooms with a shared door — a bit misleading from the listing. The showers in both rooms fluctuated constantly between hot and cold, which made them difficult to use. There were no spare sheets or duvet covers provided for the sofa bed. While the sofa bed itself was comfortable, the duvet and pillows were quite old and in need of refreshing. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing more. We also wanted to leave our bags at the hotel both before check-in and after check-out, but they were placed in an open room along a corridor accessible to anyone. Although nothing happened to our belongings, it felt unusual and insecure compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in, where luggage storage has always been in a secure, locked area.

Booked a room for 4, but the sofa-bed was not set up, with no sheet/duvet cover provided. When we open the bed ourselves, we found the mattress looked suspiciously stained. The temperature of show was too unstable to use - it switched from cold water to super hot continuously. The staff on night shift was very helpful to send the covers.

Budget price but Four star accommodation.

Really close to the train station and Not far from the city centre. Staff really helpful and nice, lovely kept apartments, really affordable best place we have stayed during our visit to Belgium we stayed in Brugge Ghent and Brussels.

Not hotels fault but there was work going on outside so early wake ups.

Cosy and pleasant.

Great location, contemporary interior, well equipped kitchen facilities with a dishwasher. I love being close to the magnificent train station. The living-room area was nice and comfortable.

A dishwasher tablet for each day would be very useful. There was just one; I tried obtaining more from the reception desk but they didn't have them. One receptionist found one when I insisted; but it was s hard that the next evening I washed everything by hand. It's a small thing,

Everything. The location is great. Very close to station, restaurants and main attractions area. It’s clean. Very very spacious. Perfect for family stay. Staff - They are so kind and helpful. Ulfat, Ismail and Louise were the kindest front desk I have ever met. They helped with early check in and baggage storage and being very helpful with everything we need.

Location was really nice, close to everything. Staff was really friendly and professional.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I’ve been using Booking.com for nearly 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever arrived at a hotel and been told my room was unavailable. The check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, but we arrived before noon, dropped off our luggage, and confirmed our booking at the front desk. When we returned at 6:30 PM, well after the check-in time, the staff informed us they couldn’t provide the room. While they found our reservation on Booking.com (fully paid in November 2024), they couldn’t locate it in their internal system due to what appeared to be a human error, as I overheard in their conversation. The staff just says sorry and said nothing he can do in this situation. 😮 Luckily, we were able to find another hotel nearby on Booking.com, but this level of disorganization and inconvenience was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

A good and central location in Antwerp, 5 min walk from the train and subway station. Spacious room and a good bathroom, the kitchen was also ok but we did not use it and went to one of the nearby restaurants

Airco was not working in hour room, mentioned that at the reception and someone would have a look at it we do not be leave that someone did take a look at it. The curtain in the pictures between master bed and sleeping couche was not there at all only the rail was there.

Convenient location just near the Antwerp central station, access to the terrace, view to the central station, especially beautiful after dark. Nice room. Helpful staff.

Air conditioner only worked some if the time. I did not bother informing the staff as it was the Sunday night before the departure. The matress was too soft and inclined near the edge, so I kept rolling off the bed.

- Nice and helpful staff. - Central location - received a small discount on parking for the duration we stayed.

- AC cooler in room was not working independantly. - no possibilities on getting fresh water bottles during hot days - hotel did not have a parking lot and the lift wasn't working - disfunctional hair dryer, started sparkling and fuming
