location is great, the room was large and comfortable and generally quiet
There was some noise from the floor above which was irritating

The room was well appointed, with a small kitchen that was adequate for our needs. There is a separate lounge/kitchen/dining area separated from the bed by a screen, but it's not really an apartment.
Note that some rooms don't have a kitchen (i.e. the second room of our "2 bed Apartment") so check when booking.
the location is very good: about 400m walk to Antwerp Central Station. Lots of restaurants close by and a Albert Heijn supermarket next to the station.
TV was on the wall in the bedroom area, not the lounge area. personal preference would be to have the TV in the lounge area.
Be aware that the two-bedroom apartment is actually two separate rooms with a dual-key arrangement, Not a big deal but we could just as easily (and more cheaply) booked two rooms for 4 adults.

Apartments on level 7 are excellent. Well set, good amenities and very clean
Entrance at street level is very underwhelming. Not a great advertisement for the apartments. On a couple days there was lots of smelly rubbish on the street right next to the entrance

Good location and nice size of room like a small apartment.
Check-in was a bit slow. From my arrival until get in to the room takes about one hour.
Bathroom outdated and a bit mouldy around the bath between the tiles. I’m not a fan of shower curtains.
Old bath towels, yellowing and few holes on them.
