We received an upgrade to a suite when checking in. Suite is very nice and spacious with outside area. Location is good - close to station and walking distance to central town. Very good english breakfast was optional. Staff we helpful and friendly.
Only discomfort was noisy other guest at 3am, but settled in 20mins (not needed to ask for help from hotel staff)

Location was great, very easy to get about whether on foot or public transport. Room was very clean. Didn't use many of hotel other facilities as our room had a kitchen.
Staff not hugely helpful in wanting to solve issues. Our dishwasher didn't work and no plug in kitchen sink made washing up challenging. The plug in the bath also didn't fit so we're unable to have a long soak after a busy day out. There also a bicycle parked at the foot of the stairs potentially impeding the fire exit.
