Good deal for 1 night

Easy check-in, plenty of (paid) parking spaces underground. The room was tiny, but ok for 1 night. Room was clean & comfortable

Parking convenient. Public transport nearby. Friendly welcome from staff. Excellent breakfast was OK not great with respect to choice

Expensive for what is very basic re the room and facilities. Also the yellow and purple carpet was awful headache giving. Why on earth they would choose such nauseating decor is crazy. I am sure it is supposed to be young and fun.

Fun stay with friends, location was a little out of the way

Room itself was great, comfy beds, plenty of plug sockets, decent shower. The coffee machine downstairs that is complimentary was excellent, had hot chocolate before bed and latte in the morning, saved us a coffee shop visit.

Windows were open on arrival and therefore mosquitos got in, I got bitten very badly over my face even after trying to eliminate them. They kept living in the air conditioning.

Exceptionally quiet marina-side stay with free drinks and spacious rooms, but far from the centre and let down by tiny b

Even though it was Tomorrowland weekend, the room was entirely silent, even quieter than 4 star Radisson Blu!! Free water and coffee/tea at reception. Spacious room with desk. Friendly staff. Near marina with food court, supermarket, and art gallery.

Location is quite far from city centre (can take tram though). Bathroom very small as expected. Shower gel was almost empty when we arrived. 2 small single duvets for a double bed! Pillows are thin as paper, no support. Tried to arrange early check in and late check out via the website and via the phone but no response and the staff never answer the phone at the hotel. Even the other Radisson Blu hotel tried to call them 5 times over 2 days and they never answered the phone to their colleagues. We found the only way to arrange early check in or late check out is to go to the hotel in person and ask the staff at reception!!

It was very warm when I staid there, temperatures above the 30° and the airco was working really fine!

I think in winter it would we nice to have a separate heating in the bathroom

The room was quiet

Purple and yellow colour scheme in corridors is awful. The TV channels were limited and kept freezing. Could do with better pillows. DIY checking not easy to use. Need more staff helping at check-in to avoid long wait

Great budget hotel, near to this city centre

Good budget hotel in a location 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There are restaurants and a food hall nearby at the marina. Staff were excellent both at check in and also in the morning when they provided us with Plates etc when we decided to grab a light breakfast from a local store. Hotel was clean. There is 24hr free hot drinks available from the machine in the breakfast room. Secure and Free Cycle parking is available in the basement car park.

Breakfast seemed expensive and we decided to skip this, so can't comment on quantity. The hotel colour scheme (Purple and Yellow Corridors) is a bit harsh on the eye!!

Short weekend break, everything you need all in one place.

Well located within walking distance of the town center, staff really helpful. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options, although parking is an extra cost it’s well worth it and underground which was very reassuring having been on a motorcycle. The cost is in my view extremely reasonable.

The pillow was horrible, flat as there is no pillow at all. The duvet was too warm.

- The location is pretty decent. Close to the city centre. - Quiet, despite being near a busy traffic tunnel. - The staff was very friendly.

- There wasn't a bathrobe present as shown in the advertised pictures. - There was only one tiny bin in the bathroom. Adding another bin near the bed would've been nice so you don't have to go to the bathroom to get rid of your rubbish. - There wasn't a tissue box present. It's something simple and cheap but I had a runny nose and a tissue box would've been helpful and just an overall nice thing to have near you. - That big, appendix-like storage place (see picture attached) was a real nuisance. I kept bumping into it because the desk is so close to it and I'm not a 'big' person. Bad architectural design.

Stay was enjoyable but could of been better.

Location for marathon and the staff were friendly.

Breakfast was nothing special. Could do with some honey for the cereals and the croissants weren’t fresh and a bit small. The room was too hot at night time and the windows were dirty on the outside.

Good but not exceptional

Contactless check-in was easy, breakfast was great and staff were helpful. Location is convenient (especially close to the MAS Museum).

The room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. As the window looked over an inner courtyard, there was no air and it was quite noisy. There were a lot of mosquitos the second night, making it very hard to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Very convenient location within walking distance of the historic centre.

This is our 2nd stay here and we find it a really good location for a stopover on the way back to Calais. It has easy access from the motorway and good parking in the garage under the hotel. When leaving Antwerp you can go straight in to the road tunnel under the river and be out of the city very quickly. It's a modern hotel with a colourful design. It's styled as a budget hotel and it's a decent price for central Antwerp. It's within 20 minutes walk of the historic centre. The check in process is quick and the staff are friendly. The rooms are basic but colourful and more than adequate for an overnight stay. Good air con and the room was very quiet.

It's a very limited breakfast buffet and they have practically nothing for vegans. Not even some margarine.

In general a very recommended stay.

The property was very clean and modern. In regards to the staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Akeem who not only made sure that every service at the hotel was of highest quality, but he also went the extra distance to make sure that I had the correct information to be able to get to the airport on time - it is thanks to staff like this that will make me want to come back to the hotel whenever I visit Antwerpen again.
