Pleasant hotel

Nice quiet spacious room with a decent size bathroom. Very close to the MAS Useful to be able to leave the luggage in storage as we arrived early and after check-out

Poor sound isolation quality in the room. If you want to rest not the best place.

Being a member of the IHG One Rewards they gave me the room number 001 cause they said they were fully booked. This room is located on the ground floor, next to the lift that everybody take. Apart from that there was a constant noise every 10 minutes coming from a have no clue where, like a kind of a drill. You could also hear the tubes of the gray water pipes when someone flushed the toilet. You could also hear the steps (I assume the floor above us) when someone was passing by with heels). The window, such a poor sound insulation as well as the door from the room that you could literally hear everything from inside and outside. That night was the hell to fall asleep because of this and the constant siren of the police cars during 2 hours in a row for every 10-15min in the avenue where the hotel is located. After the check-in was done, the man at the reception said to me I could take 2 drinks for free for the inconvenience for the room. Like 2 drinks would compensate the bad night we were going to have ahead. The breakfast normal. Nothing out of the extraordinary. The typical Lipton teabags that the real tealovers so much hate (took my own loose tea). Too crowed in the the breakfast location, more persons than available places to seat. There should also be a rule that the persons should go to the breakfast location dressed and not in pijama's. (2 different guests were un pijamas). This is apart from antihygine gives a very bad image to the hotel and the guests. Also, there was dust on the kettle in the room. I did not want to imagine in any other places. While taking a shower in the morning, the douche gel was empty. There was no socket in the bathroom to use the hairdryer (hairdryer that I did not find anywhere abd luckily that I took mine and I could use it in the room) or to use any other electrical device (apart from the shaver device, for this there was a socket in the bathroom).

Extremely good price, good breakfast and good staff!

We showed up earlier than check in time and were allowed to already check in, this was very convenient! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Decent air conditioning, nice bathroom with very decent shampoo etc. Breakfast was very nice. Seating in breakfast area was a little cramped but not bad. Location is ok, not very close to the city centre but still good.

Altogether, Im very happy with our trip and stay at Holiday Inn.

It had parking in the basement. 27euro for a night is descent I think. We stayed for 2nights, 2 rooms. It had airconditioning which we can use when we needed. Had coffee and hair dryer and ironing which we didn’t need but happy to find if we wanted to use them. Its very practical. Felt new, very well maintained. If there is something is that the towels are not fluffy and soft. Always love a soft fluffy towel. Kudos for extra pillows. Well we always love our stay at Holiday Inns. Its almost like you can never go wrong when booked.

Location was convenient for my trip; 10min by tram from Antwerp Central and 3 tramstops from the Havenhuis. Room is simple and clean. Breakfast is simple and sufficient

33 minutes queueing to check in. Noise all night. Housekeeping knocked and immediately tried to enter 3 times in the morning, first time at 8.45am.

Good value for money

Everything was OK. Private parking garage, friendly staff, not too far from centrum. Breakfast offered freshly baked waffles, but the waiting line was too long, so we didnt get to try it. Overall good value for money.

I'm looking for to staying with you again in the not to distant future.

There was plenty to choose for Breakfast, all members of the family more than happy. Rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable. All members of staff were excellent. We also liked the hotel location very much. Also good car park at a reasonable rate.

I can't fault my three night stay, it was all a very high quality.

Conveniently locatwd hotel with good breakfast

This hotel is reasonably priced, with easy access by car. Car parking is provided, at a price. The room was not luxurious, but good enough considering the price. Bathroom was clean. Very good breakfast.

Access to the hotel by car is a bit tricky, On my first visit I had to make a U turn because my GPS gave me the wrong directions.
