The location was great, the design and style of the interior was beautiful. Big bathroom and comfortable bed
The attention to detail was very poor for a five star hotel. When we arrived the soap dispenser in the toilet was empty. The kettle didn't work. the used cups weren't moved or washed when the room was cleaned. The bed side lamp came apart in my hands. My crumples nightdress was left in a ball inside the bed after room cleaning. And worst of all we experienced terible sleep for 3 out of our 4 days due to the extreme partying noise from FIERA next door.
