    We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Antwerp for one night, in one of the suites. The hotel is centrally located right opposite the central station, hence very convenient for a stopover or for exploring the city. The road leading to the hotel and the square in front of it are not the most welcoming parts of the city, but this doesnt make you feel unsafe. The hotel facade is grand and imposing, creating great expectations for guests - especially ones that have stayed in other Radissons. The suite was very spacious and more than adequate for a family of four. However, not as nice as the hotel photos suggest. Overall, the hotel is let down by poor maintenance. From the moment you enter the lift, you notice that its walls are all scratched, but no effort was made to fix the damage. In the suite, the white doors and wardrobe are full of stains, either from guests' fingers or from lubricating oil sprayed on the hinges. The door handles, on the other hand, were probably never lubricated, as the loud noise they make can wake everybody up, if you decide to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. It's a pity such minor details, that can be fixed at no cost, are overlooked by staff and management, giving the hotel a "used", aging look. Breakfast was ok, but with rather limited selection. You do get champagne and good yoghurt, but no fried eggs, omellete, mushrooms or pancakes. The gym is also ok, with Technogym equipment, not the latest type though. Overall, as guests who experienced Radisson's standards in other hotels in Europe, we left the hotel dissapointed.

    Took 2 nights stay and Having my doors entry cards 2 times deactivated due telling me that the cards are only valid for 1 day. They don’t know why . Check your administration better.
