Great short stay!

I was looking for a calm space to spend New Years away from fireworks with my dog. We had a lovely stay. We took the nearby waterbus to Antwerp and had a lovely stroll there and walked along the fields. The room was super spacious and comfy. The owner was super friendly and my dog very welcome. I really enjoyed breakfast. Breakfast area was really cozy. Room design incl bathroom is nice and all new. Parking was free and WiFi worked great. Really happy with my stay there. I feel the owner cares about his guests. Indisch not use it but there was even an electric charging station and bikes. There is a supermarket in very short driving or bit longer walking distance.

It’s not that I did not like it and I was fully aware upfront, but it’s next to the highway. In the bedroom it was fully quite. Great windows. But just for transparency. I really find nothingness complain at all. It’s just a lovely place.

Fantastic rooms - and the staff were excellent

Fantastic find. Huge, modern and very clean room. No restaurant, but the breakfast was excellent.

A gem

HVN10 is such a great find and fantastic value for money. The building has been renovated beautifully and the rooms are large, spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast is excellent. The location is extremely handy for the motorway, yet is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of bike and walking paths nearby. Finally, Pierre couldn't have been more welcoming and we very much appreciated his hospitality and advice.

Great concept, great time.

The concept of converting an old farm into a cozy, well-designed B&B hotel is excellent. Everything was great: the surroundings, the lobby, the rooms, and the dining areas. Pierre is a super friendly and great host, and the rooms were super clean.

The attention to detail makes this b&b hotel something special

Beautiful quadruple, duplex modern room with high quality tasteful interior. Enormous bathroom & very luxurious. A bonus was the Rituals toiletries. Very homely & comfortable. All we could need...including a kitchenette...for a stop en route on our trip. Pierre kindly welcomed us to a delicious breakfast in the morning. The local cheese was my personal highlight & the selection of breads & pastries was fantastic! We are so happy to have found this little b&b & will definitely be back!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our family. The best bath tub we have ever used, it was huge! We cannot wait to stay again next year - a big thank you to Pierre who made our trip one to remember.

Absoluut een aanrader wie daar in de buurt moet zijn, bij ons was het een passage naar de Efteling

Een mooi verblijf te midden van de grote Antwerpse haven , maar ook ideaal om de Kalmthoutse heide te ontdekken . Ook vershillende fietsroutes behoren tot de recreatiemogelijkheden (routes in het hotel aanwezig . Het buffet is echt niet wat men zou verwachten : allerhande brood , pistolets, koeken , charcuterie, kaas , ook brie én zalm ! Fruit, yoghurt ,eitjes, condituen , choco ...werkelijk alles ...zelfs poffertjes (ook al vond ik die iets te vet )

Er hing een overweldige stank in on ze kamer, waar ze helaas niet konden aan doen , kwam door de verwarmings airco,maar was reeds gemeld en ze gingen die eerstdaags onderzoeken . Chauffage in de badkamer werkte niet , maar werd s( morgens onmiddellijk aangepakt met possiief resultaat ! Waat ik enorm kon apprecieren was daat de eigenaar mij nog special gebeld heeft om zich te excuseren , diezelfde dag ! En een korting van % gaf ...das klantvriendelijkheid !

Allerbeste verrassing

Wat een ongelofelijk mooi verblijf. Super strak gerenoveerd op een heerlijk rustige plek. We kwamen hier op eerste kerstdag last minute aan en hebben het ervaren als ware het een vakantie. Het bed was gigantisch!!! Wat heerlijk. De badkamer top, ontbijt heerlijk. Kan het echt bijna niet beter wensen. Service uitstekend. Douche werd niet warm, dat werd onmiddellijk gefixt. We wilden 15 min eerder ontbijten, totaal geen probleem. Waanzinnig.

Ideaal verblijf voor een trip naar Antwerpen

De bedden waren goed. Stapelbed kraakte wel maar de kinderen hebben heerlijk geslapen. Woonruimte was zeer ruim, lekkere bank, goede tv, uitgebreide keuken (niet gebruikt), fijne douche in badkamer en moderne uitstraling. Ontbijt was goed met echt lekkere koffie (ook buiten ontbijt te nuttigen) en verse jus d’orange. Persoonlijk welkom en aandacht bij vertrek.

Fantastisch heel lekker ontbijt super ruime nette kamers

Mooie ruime kamers ontzettend fijn personeel.

Het is niet dat me iets niet beviel maar bijvoorbeeld de kapstok haak van ons was los is een kwestie van schroefje aandraaien maar is meer een tip loop een keer alle kamers na voor die kleinigheidjes.

Ons tweede bezoek hier en terug Luxe met hoofdletter L. Charmante gastheer maar ook heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Ontbijt is overvloedig, vers, heerlijk en terwijl kan je genieten van de huiselijke gezelligheid in de ontbijtruimte. Dichtbij zowel de prachtige natuur alsook de bruisende stad. Voor elk wat wils.
