A new boutique hotel in the city center. The owners and staff have done their best to make your stay comfortable. Modern technology is used in the renovation and sofa. The room is large and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. High ceilings. A cozy veranda with a pool. In the summer, it will be very comfortable to spend time by the pool. It's quiet, perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal: 7 minutes to the central square, 12 minutes to the train station. Excellent grocery stores, a pharmacy, etc. are nearby. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely be back!

Happy to be away from the smell.

The decorations were nice and it was a high tech space, however, nothing could make up for the smell. Not worth it even for the cost and location.

The smell overpowered the entire stay and experience. At first, I saw these reviews and thought it would be fine, but it significantly worsened our experience. When we inquired to get it fixed, there was no improvement -- perhaps the opposite.

Great location and kind host, but cleanliness needs improvement

I stayed at this property in Antwerp for 17 nights and appreciated several aspects of the experience. The location is excellent, it’s very easy to get around the city either on foot or by public transport. You can reach most places quickly and conveniently. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or an issue, they replied promptly and made sure I had everything I needed. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the room itself was beautifully decorated in a minimalist, modern style.

Despite the lovely appearance of the room, I was quite disappointed by the cleanliness. To my surprise, the room was not as clean as I had expected. There was an unpleasant musty smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for about three-quarters of my stay. The shower wasn’t properly cleaned, and it was clear that the bed linen had not been changed before my arrival (it had simply been made up). When I lay down, I could clearly smell that the sheets had been used before. To their credit, towards the end of my stay, the property managers identified and fully fixed the source of the bad smell in the bathroom, which I appreciated.

Disappointing stay with unresolved issues and poor follow-up.

The location was decent and check-in was smooth.

The room had a constant foul smell from the moment we arrived. The bathroom had no curtain, the sink was clogged, and the TV kept turning on by itself during the night. The balcony door didn’t open either. We reported these issues but no one came to fix them, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Great location, but smelly and impractical.

The location was great. The apartment was located close to a lively square with different bars and cafes. The decor was modern.

The biggest issue with the apartment was the smell. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Another big issue with the apartment was the shower. When showering the entire bathroom floor would get wet. The floor towel would get soaking wet. The bedroom prioritized form over function. There was no place to put our luggages. Therefore, we had to put our clothes over the table.

Form over function

It's very easy to reach. The check in was easy and convenient. It has all the amenities needed for a short stay.

The place hasn't been cleaned properly. There were smudges all over, and some parts have clearly never been dusted. The plates and cutlery were dirty, and the linen didn't seem very fresh either. The toilet seat is loose, so it moves when you try to use it.

Modern, clean, great location, and all round great stay for a city break.

This place was a lovely stay, with great air con. The facilities and room were modern and nicely renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The kitchen was also easy use and had what we needed. The location was perfect for us, just down the road was a lovely street of bars and cafes near the cathedral. The apartment is located within a larger complex which gave a nice sense of seclusion and privacy. Our host was also very friendly and responsive. Incredible value for money also.

Definitely not much to dislike here. All I would say is our room didn’t have a washing up brush, but there was a dishwasher.

Beautiful but not always very practical

Very nice location, great bed. It was great to have a little fridge and water cooker. Room is quite spacious and looks nice

The room is nicely decorated but it seems like priority is given to looking nice over being practical. I booked a room with a balcony but could not reach it as the curtain rails was blocking the door. Tv went on spontaneously a couple of times in the middle of the night. Airco is very loud and you can't control the fan speed. Bathroom looks nice but no good place to put your towel up to dry and there is quite dark painted wall behind the sink, so you see every little drop op soap etc. Tiles would have been much more hygienic. The path in the courtyard is not very suitcase-friendly with the little stones. Coffee and tea available but no sugar or milk. In short, it's a quite new place but I would recommend the staff to stay for a night to try out what the practical consequences are of the choices made.

Calm stay in the center of Antwerp

Had a great stay at Raibu Antwerp. The rooms were clean and modern, and the location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet at night. Staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly. Would definitely recommend for a short city trip!

Gevallen voor de looks maar het viel erg tegen. Was een hoop geld voor wat je kreeg.

De inrichting van de kamer was heel mooi.

Er hing een muffe/vieze geur (rook lucht). Je kon in zowel de kamer als de badkamer geen raam open zetten omdat deze er niet waren. Binnen was klimaat beheersing maar het voelde enorm benauwd alsof er weinig zuurstof in de lucht was. Erg vies onder het bed. Schoonmaakster liep in de ochtend om half 10 al voorbij en keek een paar keer naar binnen, en stond al klaar met de kar, alsof ze ons weg wilde hebben terwijl we pas om 11 uur hoefde uit te checken.

Voor mij en mijn dochter was het voldoende

Dat alles automatisch verliep. We hadden een code om binnen te gaan.

De deuren maken een hels lawaai. De benedendeur en de deuren van de andere kamers sloegen heel hard dicht en dat stoorde ongelooflijk. We hadden ook problemen om te streamen op de tv en de verwarming werkte op een bepaald moment ook niet. Ik had ook op voorhand niet gezien dat het een stapelbed was.

Het is een mooi complex met potentie, maar er moeten nog wat verbeteringen worden aangebracht.

Heerlijk bed en fijne douche, alles nieuw en fris. Snelle communicatie met beheerder.

Het was ijskoud toen we de kamer binnenkwamen. Niet zo’n fijne aankomst daardoor. Met de airco/heater duurde het lang voordat de kamer opgewarmd was. Er waren geen koffiekopjes, alleen theeglazen. Er is eigenlijk geen uitzicht, alleen kale muren als je naar buiten kijkt (vanaf kamer 7). De hele nacht knalde de tussendeur dicht die naar de balkons van de buren gaat. Als je doucht wordt de hele badkamervloer nat.

Een absolute aanrader

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Het hotel ligt werkelijk in het midden van het centrum, maar toch ongelooflijk rustig – de perfecte combinatie. Alles is zeer modern en professioneel georganiseerd met self check-in, wat super vlot en aangenaam verliep. De kamer was prachtig, erg ruim en afgewerkt met luxe materialen. Alles voelde nieuw, premium en piekfijn onderhouden. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Kortom: absolute aanrader voor wie stijl, comfort en rust in het centrum van Antwerpen zoekt. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Rustig en luxe

De accommodatie is gelegen vlak bij het centrum, maar je zit niet in de drukte van de stad. Door de code die je krijgt om de soort van binnenplaats op te lopen zit je afgesloten van wat er op de weg voor gebeurd. Wat ons betreft was dit ideaal en heerlijk om een weekendje tot rust te komen. Door het keukentje, de ruim opgezette badkamer, touchscreen lichtknopjes en de codes waarmee je de accommodatie binnen kan komen gaf dit ons een luxe uitstraling, luxer dan een ander hotel waar wij verbleven hebben hier in Antwerpen.

Wat ons tegenviel was dat er nog veel gebouwd wordt aan de accommodatie (andere kamers) dus er zijn wat dingen nog niet volledig af, maar daardoor niet minder. Wat ook jammer is, is dat er geen receptie is. In ons geval zat er een plakkende vlek op de vloer vanaf moment van aankomst, hiervoor kan je dus niet naar de receptie lopen. Wat ontbreekt aan deze kamer is het huishoudelijke textiel. Denk aan een handdoek om je handen af te drogen of de theedoek om je vaat mee droog te maken. Wij wilden graag ons servies schoon en droog achterlaten, maar dit werd dus helaas alleen schoon.

Alapvetően jó, szép és tiszta szoba, a fent említett (könnyen orvosolható) hibákkal

A matrac nejlon matracvédővel volt letakarva, ami minden mozdulásnál recsegett (halkan, de azért zavaróan) ráadásul teljesen leszigetelt alulról , így éjjelente arra ébredtünk, hogy szakad rólunk a veríték. Ráadásul nem volt nyitható ablak, a légkondicionáló pedig nagyon hideget fújt, akárhány fokra állítottuk, így éjszakára nem mertem bekapcsolni, nehogy megfázzunk. De a legrosszabb az a bűz volt, ami a bejáratnál fogadta az embert és napról napra távolabbra jutott, utolsó reggel már az ajtónkon kilépve is éreztük.

Super skønt sted, meget privat og hyggeligt. Værelset er helt perfekt til to personer og så er det pænt indrettet. Der er hvad man skal bruge til en forlænget weekend. Badeværelset er stort og rent, soveværelset er roligt. Al elektricitiet var styret via smarte skærme og det gjorde det nemt at være i.

Ziet er mooi uit maar rioollucht en geen service

Nette kamer met koffiemachine en waterkoker. Keukentje goed uitgerust. Goed lichtplan. Ruime badkamer. Goed sleutelsysteem. Ziet er prachtig uit met groene nepplanten en kleuren goed afgestemd.

Het balkon was de galerij met 2 stoeltjes en een tafeltje erop. Als er mensen langs moesten voor hun kamer kon dat net wel of net niet. De service geprobeerd contact te leggen over handdoeken, koffie en de ontzettend nare rioollucht die erin de kamer en vooral badkamer hing. De badkamervloer was bloedheet en niet in te regelen. Geen reactie op mijn berichten teruggekregen. Voor ons geen kamer meer zonder balie.

Super comfortabel rustgevend genieten

Eigenlijk wil ik geen goede recensie schrijven, want alles was heel erg goed, comfortabel en rustgevend dat ik hier zeker eens terug zal komen en ik bang ben dat de prijs omhoog zal gaan door de goede recensies. Maar het verdient echt een goede recensie. Heerlijke week gehad, fijne bedden, alles nieuw, airco, dicht bij de stad, mooie look en feel, handig inchecken.

Trop court !

Emplacement top, 10 min du centre. Lit hyper confortable ! Propreté impeccable et bon système AC. Tout est moderne et fonctionnel, déco noir et blanc ce que j’adore. Bref, vraiment très très bien

Bon, les lumières… nous n’avons pas tout compris mais on a fini par réussir à tout éteindre ;-) ce qui est mieux, notamment pour dormir :)

Un desastre

Había un olor a cloaca insoportable durante toda la estancia, quisimos advertirles pero no responden a las llamadas. Imagínate que dentro del apartamento solo huele a las aguas fecales de otros huéspedes. Apenas equipamiento de cocina, 2 platos y un tenedor. Solo buscan una buena apariencia para las fotos, pero el alojamiento no es cómodo ni funcional, le ponen poca dedicación y 0 de cariño. Para no repetir.

Nette en moderne kamers vrij centraal gelegen, maar toch ook wel wat ongemak ervaren

De kamer was netjes, schoon en modern, heel goed bed ook.

Het binnenkomen ging niet eenvoudig. Na een lange reis zorgde dit voor frustratie. Je moet bij een zwarte deur met een codekastje zijn, maar er zijn twee zwarte deuren naast elkaar, ook elk met een codekastje. Wij stonden bij de verkeerde deur, samen met nog een ander stel, en daar doet de code het dus niet. Toen we het hulpnummer probeerden te bellen kregen we een bandje met een buitenlandse (arabisch sprekende?) stem. Een vriendelijke buurman wees ons op het feit dat we de andere deur moesten hebben. Wat ook irritant was, is dat om de 10 seconden het licht automatisch uitging in de badkamer als er niet bewogen werd. Ook als je op de wc zit of onder de douche staat. De buitenruimte (binnenplaats) lag vol met etensresten en papier en plastic afval. dat gasten hadden achtergelaten. Het heeft er bijna een dag gelegen. Dat is het nadeel van een plek waar geen receptie, en dus ook geen toezicht is. We hadden een klein zitje buiten, maar de buren ook. Met slechts een laag struikje ertussen, geeft dit geen fijn gevoel en zit je te dicht op elkaar.
