Excellent location, quirky decor and everything worked in our rooms.

A bed and breakfast rather than a hotel as reception is not available all the time. Breakfast not terribly good value for money. Rooms differed considerably in terms of attractiveness.

We loved Antwerp and Hotel Urban Dreams was the perfect location to explore the city.

The only good thing about this property was the location

I do not think this is a hotel so it should not be under the hotels section of booking, this is a bed on a room, room is very small you can barely move and the bed is less than a twin bed, very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty when I arrived. There is no breakfast available so I don’t understand why they show picture of a full breakfast? Also I had to pay 28 euros tourist tax and for drinking coffee??? Additionally to what I had paid for the property! Also the price per night does not match the property value! This should cost the price of a bed on a hostel that’s it!!! This is more like a hostel so put it under the hostel section and charge like a hostel but don’t charge me like if this was a hotel when it is not! I paid around 428 euros for 3 nights??? 142 euros a night? Are you kidding me? This should cost like 70 euros a night!!!! I do not recommend this hotel at all. I also would liken a refund for my money spent.

A small, clean, friendly hotel with character.

Friendly staff, the room was cleaned thoroughly and the facility was very clean. We also had free cofee, tea and water. The decoration was intriguing in a good way. Also, there was autonomous heating and the wifi was fast. The building is historical, which is nice.

No door to separate the main bedroom from the toilet, which is kind of niconvenient, even for couples.

Warm cozy hotel

Very nice and cozy little boutique hotel in the center of Antwerpen. Personnel is very kind, breakfast was cheap and good. Nothing extraordinary, but I liked the hotel’s vibe and atmosphere very much. Breakfast is almost like at home:) + free coffee any time of day or night. Clean room.

1. Toilet is literally in the room:) consider this if you are not comfortable about such intimate things with your partner 2. Not very good construction of the shower, water was pouring first on the floor and then going to the room because as I have said bathroom is literally in the room. 3. No slippers in the room

The staircase required to reach guest rooms is unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. The lack of a lift is made plain on booking and not a problem but the unsuitability of the stairs needs to be publicised.

A very nice small hotel with great decoration at a great location.

the hotel is at a duper location, a short walk to Grote Markt, restaurants, cafes. We had a nice big room with a big bathroom. The decoration is unique with famous actresses from the fifties and sixties. The staff is super nice.

Unfortunately we had to move our car from the parking place at the check out. Mostly the parking is paid for a day, so i was expecting to be able to leave there till we left the city. But we got a tip for free parking from the staff so it was ok.

Good in parts, but beware the LEZ

Quirky furnishings, good location

Very narrow and steep stairs leading up to the two-bed apartment on the very top floor. Likely to be hot in warm weather. It should also be made more clear the hotel is within Antwerp's Low Emissions Zone. Even if your vehicle complies, you still have to register its presence in the city. Someone should make guests aware of this in advance, because to register you need to send a copy of your car registration certificate online. Who brings that with them on their holidays?! Also, staff could be more friendly and welcoming. It's very tiring travelling around and always being told what NOT to do!

Excellent and relatively cheap place to stay in the centre of Antwerp!

Breakfast was quite complete and it was pleasant to be able to serve oneself with tea/coffee at any time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was superb! Very near city centre so easy to get around and to take dogs for walks.

No view and no possibility to open window of our room. I think the other rooms might be better. The noise at night from other hotel guests could be quite loud...

location is superb. owner is a nice guy, helpful and responsive. Staff are also great.

I searched for “dog friendly” and this BnB is. However, you then get charged €10 extra per day if you do bring a dog, which was a surprise. if not on the ground floor and you can’t carry your animal up/down stairs then you could have a problem. the stairs are steep and slippery. we had a nightmare getting our dog (57 kilos) up and down. this needs to be made more clear in the wording or pointed out before booking.
