The location of the hotel is perfect. Although the hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, the staff made us feel very welcome. They were incredibly friendly. But the rooms were outdated and tatty.

Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room.

Great service and friendly staff. Quiet room on a higher floor, as requested. Excellent breakfast, offering value for money. - Weird lighting plan without a master switch. TV channels not set up logically. Shower takes a lot of time to heat up, with a leaking hose as well. Curtains do not close completely, quite impractical.

5min to shopping street and 7min to tram by walk. There were markets at right outside of the hotel over the weekend It was very convenient to go around. Staff were very nice. Room was big and clean. Definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel in Antwerp. It’s pretty quiet but I was on the fifth floor and I could hear some street noise. I liked the views and the area around the hotel was great for walking and people watching.

The hotel has an ideal location and friendly staff. Late check in wasn’t a problem. The rooms are spacious and clean, but a tad worn out (for example there was a large tear/crack in my bathroom sink). I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast though. There’s a lot of options, that wasn’t the issue. But I have to admit for a hotel in this price range I would for example expect freshly squeezed fruit juice and a coffee/espresso machine with options instead of a thermos with coffee and juice that clearly comes out of a bottle/package. Also, the interior of the breakfast room doesn’t look like it belongs to a 4 star hotel.

Excellent breakfast, but don’t expect much from the rooms. Very run down room with antiquated bathroom. Faucet was detached. No decoration in room and white walls were and my room smelled eggs from 6.30am onwards. A pity, because the location is very central.
